If you're having trouble keeping fit and avoiding the siren call of snacks during quarantine, Spider-Man himself Tom Holland just may have the motivation you need.

He's been on social media doing all kinds of handstand tricks and...well it's really quite something.

But don't worry, if your response to the very thought of quarantine exercise is more along the lines of "LOL absolutely not," Ryan Reynolds has you covered. When Holland challenged him to join in all the handstanding, he had the perfect response that will go straight to the heart of anyone eating and lazing their way through this pandemic (so, basically, all of us).

It all began Wednesday when Holland took to his Instagram stories to post some, um, very "inspiring" videos of himself doing a "handstand challenge," in which he put a t-shirt over his exceptional physique while in a handstand.

It went something like this:

Geez, look at that physique—er, technique.

Oh... oh wow...

Goodness...

..........

....Where were we?

So Tom Holland did this very strenuous and impressive handstand t-shirt thing, and then challenged some of his celebrity friends—specifically fellow Marvel Comics Universe co-stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Harrison Osterfield, and Ryan Reynolds—to do it as well.

And Reynolds, after digging deep in his heart and soul for the answer, had the perfect—and perfectly succinct—response:

As Reynolds simply put it:

"No."

Ryan Reynolds is all of us.

Of course, the internet was definitely on board with Reynolds's refusal.

And many were feeling it just, like, in general, as a response to life.

So it seems like we have a consensus: we will emphatically not be doing handstands in quarantine.

But for their parts, Osterfield and Gyllenhaal did complete their handstand challenges, to the delight and titillation of internet users everywhere.

We thank them for their service.

Trump Reacts To Conspiracy Theorist FEMA Official Who Claims He Once Teleported To A Waffle House

President Donald Trump appeared noticeably confused after CNN asked him about FEMA official Gregg Phillips' bizarre claim that he once teleported to a Waffle House 50 miles away.

Phillips, a former top Texas health official, was appointed in December to lead FEMA’s Office of Response and Recovery—a division with more than 1,000 employees—despite a background that raised questions. For instance, before taking the role, he had made unverified claims, including allegations about election fraud.

Fox News Just Complained About How Low Teen Pregnancy Rates Currently Are—And WTF‽‽

During a Friday segment on Fox News's America’s Newsroom with anchor Dana Perino, senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel called a declining birth rate among people aged 15-19 a "problem."

The discussion revolved around new CDC data showing the United States fertility rate, based on birth rates, has fallen to a record low. The fertility rate fell 7 percent in 2025, from 53.8 births per 1,000 childbearing aged women—defined as age 15 to 44—in 2024 to 53.1, according to a report released by the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics on Thursday.
