The Queen's Christmas Day Speech Was Upstaged By An Ornate Gold Piano Behind Her 😮

Queen Elizabeth II took to the airways to deliver her annual Christmas message to the people of Great Britain.

It is something she has been doing since 1957.

This year she focused her message on respect and kindness, saying in part:

"Even with the most deeply held differences, treating the other person with respect and as a fellow human being is always a good first step towards greater understanding."

"Even the power of faith which frequently inspires great generosity and self-sacrifice can fall victim to tribalism. But through the many changes I have seen over the years: faith, family, and friendship have been not only a constant for me, but a source of personal comfort and reassurance."

However some folks on Twitter had a hard time pulling their focus off the gold piano in the corner to hear what the Queen was saying.

But it seems far more commoners like their Queen just as she is.
