Teen Girls Got An Ice Cream Cake To Thank Their Mom For Maybe The Greatest Thing Possible

Moms do a lot of super big things to help their kids succeed in life, but one of the absolute most important is having them vaccinated against disease at a young age. This has been common knowledge for many years despite recent rumors, supported by absolutely no scientific evidence, that suggest vaccines cause other ailments like autism.

To thank her mother for doing such a great job with such an important safety procedure, TikTok user Alyssa Jackson, 17, (@dadlyss) and her sister got her mom a cake and uploaded the video for all of us to see!

At first, the dessert was just a regular ice cream cake from Dairy Queen.

Jackson told Buzzfeed the cake was an impromptu decision, but one she's glad she made:

"My sister and I went to pick up my vaccination records so I can switch my school, and we stopped at Dairy Queen for lunch. After eating we were gonna get ice cream but decided it wold be funny to make a TikTok of us getting that cake."

Jackson really was grateful that her mother had her vaccinated:

"I am happy that I'm vaccinated, because I have seen that some old-time diseases are coming back. I'm glad my mom hasn't contributed to that."

Jackson's mom was a good sport about the joke, though she expected it to go in another direction:

"When we walked in my mom was confused because she was working and we just came home with a cake. She knows when my sister and I are together we like to be funny and do ridiculous things so the first thing she said was 'You can't smash that in my face.'"

Jackson's video has gone viral with over 68k views on TikTok.

She told Buzzfeed she's glad so many people have seen her video, because vaccinations are important!

"Vaccinations are important because it's not only your kid. They will go to school and other kids can get sick from your child. Your child should not have to worry about different diseases."

MTG has promoted some antisemitic conspiracy theories in the past, like Jewish space lasers that control the weather or start wildfires, but this time people are calling Cruz out for reaching in an attempt to discredit the Georgia Republican and protect Trump from what's being concealed in FBI, Department of Justice, and court records relating to the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein on charges of sex trafficking of minors.
