Rita Ora Addresses Lip Syncing Controversy At The Macy's Thanksgiving Parade

People weren't in much of a giving mood on Thanksgiving.

Many twitter users didn't "give" singer Rita Ora a break after a difficult time matching her lip-syncing to the music while riding on a float in the Macy's Day Parade. With temperatures dropping well below freezing it's no wonder the artists would lip-sync. The announcers were having trouble simply talking, but that didn't stop people from slamming the Let You Love Me singer on social media.

Singer and all around good guy John Legend had Ora's back with this reasonable explanation.

Ora thanked Legend and agreed with his assessment.

Wouldn't it seem that those who don't lip-sync often aren't as good as those who do it all the time?

People realized it wasn't Ora's problem to fix

Other's attested that she can sing.

Of course legends don't even fake it.

We're sure Ora will get there one day!
