Did you ever wonder how the handles attached to the interior ceiling of your car have a proper function?

Probably not, since a life hack video showing a woman revealing how to use said handles has blown the mind of the internet.

TikToker Jess, a.k.a. @jmac8781–whose channel features "things you might not know" hacks–stitched a video posted by @sanne_vberkel, who demonstrated how to keep the handles in position.

The text in Jess' clip reads, "Did you know?" and shows the original TikToker grabbing the handle and flicking a small catch down and therefore making it much easier to hang things from it.

The clip cuts to Jess, who appears dumbfounded by the revelation and subsequently grabs her keys and sets out on what seems like an epic journey into the garage to try out the hack herself.

The determined Jess films herself getting to her car and demonstrating her newly acquired knowledge. Lo and behold, the hack works!

The clip cuts to Jess sitting inside her vehicle looking stunned, with the text overlay responding to the question from the start of the video:

"No, I did not know."

Minds were blown.
