I was taught using good manners while on planes or other transportation was the expected norm. I have NEVER, never had a poor experience with a flight attendant. They generally are super professional and helpful, especially if they receive kindness in return. Pirro is ridiculous.

People like Pirro forget that it was flight attendants Betty Ong and Amy Sweeney who were first to notify authorities via the in cabin Airphones that their plane had been hijacked. They forget that since 9/11, we are trained in how to prevent these types of terrorist attacks.
