The 'Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania' star said 'it's a straight up miracle' that Renner is recovering so well from his snow plow accident.

Actress Evangeline Lilly offered an update on her longtime friend and former co-star Jeremy Renner's condition after he was severely injured in a snow plow accident.

Renner and Lilly starred as husband and wife in 2008's Iraq War drama The Hurt Locker, which won the 2008 Academy Award for Best Picture, so they go way back.

Since their roles in The Hurt Locker, they've found more fame for their roles in Marvel superhero films, starring as Clint Barton/Hawkeye and Hope van Dyne/Wasp respectively across multiple films, some of which, like Avengers: Endgame, have intersected.

Lilly spoke to Access Hollywood about Renner's condition and revealed he is in much better shape than she initially thought he would be.

You can hear what she said in the video below.

Lilly said:

“I walked in his house and got chicken skin because I was like, ‘Why are you mobile? Why are you mobile? What’s happening?'"
“I expected to sit at his bedside and hold his hand while he moaned and groaned in pain and wasn’t able to move. He was wheeling himself around, laughing with his friends. It’s a miracle."
"It’s a straight up miracle. He’s made of something really tough that guy. You’ve always been able to see that in him and he is recovering incredibly.”

Renner was hospitalized after an accident last month in which he suffered blunt chest trauma and other injuries after being hit and run over by his snow plow at home in Washoe County, Nevada.

Renner was flown to Renown Regional Medical Center and listed in critical but stable condition after undergoing several major surgeries. He later confirmed he'd broken more than 30 bones in the accident but has since been released from the hospital to recover at home.

Many appreciated Lilly's update and sent their well wishes to the actor.

Lilly will next be seen as Hope van Dyne/Wasp in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, the third film in the Ant-Man franchise.

The film will be released in the United States on February 17, as the first film of Phase Five of the MCU, which features all of the Marvel Studios productions set to be released starting from 2023 to mid-2024.

Lauren Boebert In Hot Water After She's Busted Spending Campaign Funds On Kid Rock Concert Tickets

Colorado Republican Representative Lauren Boebert is facing criticism after Federal Election Commission (FEC) records showed she spent over $3,300 of her campaign funds on concert tickets and a hotel in Texas on the same weekend her once-rumored boyfriend—MAGA singer Kid Rock—was performing.

Boebert’s campaign reported expenses for a hotel stay in Arlington, Texas, and for event tickets purchased in May. On May 16, Boebert attended the Rock N Rodeo — part of the Professional Bull Riding Championship World Finals at AT&T Stadium — an event hosted by Kid Rock. She even shared a photo of herself with the singer on social media.
