Hugh Jackman Wows In Impressive Workout Video While Training For 'Deadpool 3'

The actor showed off his ripped physique on Instagram while pumping iron to stay in shape for his reprisal as Wolverine in 'Deadpool 3.'

Hugh Jackman stunned fans who watched him pump iron in a gym workout video that he recently posted on Instagram.

The 55-year-old Emmy, Grammy, and Tony-winning actor is gearing up to reprise his role as Wolverine for the upcoming third sequel to Marvel's Deadpool movie.

The Australian muscle stud gave fans a glimpse into his workout regimen, leaving social media viewers parched and in awe of his physique and sheer determination.

In a video accompanied by Gary Glitter's "Rock & Roll, Pt. 2, " Jackman was seated on a workout bench in a navy tank top and black shorts as he slowly executed controlled bicep curls.

His shoulder veins were bulging, much in the vein of his mutant superhero character.

The video demonstrated that it takes discipline to achieve an almighty and powerful appearance, as you can see here.

Jackman hinted at the strict gym schedule by captioning the post with:

"No days off - except for tomorrow."

The hashtag #becomingwolverineagain was preceded by a flexed bicep emoji.

Fans cheered on their favorite superhero.

Jackman earned the distinction of having the "longest career as a live-action Marvel superhero'" after suiting up for the first time in Bryan Singer's X-Men in 2000, which was his Hollywood breakthrough.

He reprised the character in 2003's X2, 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, and the 2009 prequel X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and in cameos in 2011's X-Men: First Class.

In 2013, he revisited the hirsute hero in the standalone film The Wolverine, followed by the 2014 sequel X-Men: Days of Future Past, and again, briefly, in the 2016 follow-up film X-Men: Apocalypse.

He also appeared as a photo cameo in 2016's Deadpool and in archival video footage in 2018's Deadpool 2.

The last time moviegoers saw Jackman as Wolverine was in The Wolverine sequel, 2017's Logan, which the actor announced would be the last time he would play the role.

It made sense at the time given his character's epic death scene in the film. However, because the events in that film took place in 2029, different timelines featuring a very-much-alive Wolverine allow for many more appearance opportunities.

While we don't know details about how Wolverine will be teaming up with Ryan Reynold's title character in the yet-to-be-named Deadpool 3, Jackman said on the Jess Cagle Show on SiriusXM that Wolverine will exist in a different timeline for the threequel, one in which he is still alive.

Said Jackman:

"It's all because of this device they have in the Marvel world of moving around timelines."
"Now we can go back because, you know, it's science [flashes airquotes]."
"So, I don't have to screw with the Logan timeline, which was important to me. And I think probably to the fans too."

Deadpool 3 will hit theaters this summer on July 26.

We'll be there, pumped and ready, just like him.

Trump Claims The White House Was 'A Sh*t House' When He Moved Back In—And Everyone Had The Same Response

MAGA Republican President Donald Trump has made significant, controversial changes to the White House since he took up residence for his second term on January 20, 2025.

The renovations in just over one year include installing pavers to replace the grass in the Rose Garden, adding gold decor throughout the building and especially in the Oval Office, renovating the Lincoln bathroom to add marble and more gold fixtures, adding gold signs for White House features like it's one of Trump's resorts, hanging a plethora of massive portraits of himself in gaudy gold frames, and demolishing the entire East Wing of the building to erect a self-described monument to himself, an unpopular golden ballroom that will dwarf the rest of the building.

MAGA Melts Down Hard After Learning They May Never Get Their 'Trump Mobile' Phones—Or Their Deposits Back

MAGA fans who signed up to get Trump Mobile T1 phones nearly a year ago are furious after learning there's no guarantee they'll ever get the phones they put down deposits for—and that these same deposits are now being described as merely a "conditional opportunity."

The Trump Mobile T1 phone was unveiled in June 2025 on the 10th anniversary of Trump’s original presidential campaign launch, marking the Trump brand’s debut in the mobile device and wireless service market. At the time, the company said the phone would be available in August.

People Are Applauding AOC's Refreshing Take On Her Political 'Ambition' After She Was Called Out As A 'Likely 2028 Presidential Candidate'

When asked about her future political ambitions during an appearance at the Institute of Politics at the University of Chicago, New York Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was notably candid, saying her "ambition is to change this country," as she ripped a Washington Post editorial that tried to knock her down a peg for her take on the morality of billionaires.

The progressive is not currently considered the frontrunner in early 2028 Democratic primary polling but some surveys suggest she has already emerged as a serious contender in what is expected to be a crowded field.

Chelsea Handler Destroys MAGA Comedian With Hilariously Brutal Jokes At Kevin Hart's Roast—And We're Cheering

Chelsea Handler brought the heat to Netflix’s The Roast of Kevin Hart Sunday night, and Tony Hinchcliffe ended up taking some of the night’s most brutal hits.
