The actor showed off his ripped physique on Instagram while pumping iron to stay in shape for his reprisal as Wolverine in 'Deadpool 3.'

Hugh Jackman stunned fans who watched him pump iron in a gym workout video that he recently posted on Instagram.

The 55-year-old Emmy, Grammy, and Tony-winning actor is gearing up to reprise his role as Wolverine for the upcoming third sequel to Marvel's Deadpool movie.

The Australian muscle stud gave fans a glimpse into his workout regimen, leaving social media viewers parched and in awe of his physique and sheer determination.

In a video accompanied by Gary Glitter's "Rock & Roll, Pt. 2, " Jackman was seated on a workout bench in a navy tank top and black shorts as he slowly executed controlled bicep curls.

His shoulder veins were bulging, much in the vein of his mutant superhero character.

The video demonstrated that it takes discipline to achieve an almighty and powerful appearance, as you can see here.

Jackman hinted at the strict gym schedule by captioning the post with:

"No days off - except for tomorrow."

The hashtag #becomingwolverineagain was preceded by a flexed bicep emoji.

Fans cheered on their favorite superhero.

Jackman earned the distinction of having the "longest career as a live-action Marvel superhero'" after suiting up for the first time in Bryan Singer's X-Men in 2000, which was his Hollywood breakthrough.

He reprised the character in 2003's X2, 2006's X-Men: The Last Stand, and the 2009 prequel X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and in cameos in 2011's X-Men: First Class.

In 2013, he revisited the hirsute hero in the standalone film The Wolverine, followed by the 2014 sequel X-Men: Days of Future Past, and again, briefly, in the 2016 follow-up film X-Men: Apocalypse.

He also appeared as a photo cameo in 2016's Deadpool and in archival video footage in 2018's Deadpool 2.

The last time moviegoers saw Jackman as Wolverine was in The Wolverine sequel, 2017's Logan, which the actor announced would be the last time he would play the role.

It made sense at the time given his character's epic death scene in the film. However, because the events in that film took place in 2029, different timelines featuring a very-much-alive Wolverine allow for many more appearance opportunities.

While we don't know details about how Wolverine will be teaming up with Ryan Reynold's title character in the yet-to-be-named Deadpool 3, Jackman said on the Jess Cagle Show on SiriusXM that Wolverine will exist in a different timeline for the threequel, one in which he is still alive.

Said Jackman:

"It's all because of this device they have in the Marvel world of moving around timelines."
"Now we can go back because, you know, it's science [flashes airquotes]."
"So, I don't have to screw with the Logan timeline, which was important to me. And I think probably to the fans too."

Deadpool 3 will hit theaters this summer on July 26.

We'll be there, pumped and ready, just like him.

Italian Prime Minister's Sarcastic Remarks About Distancing Italy from The U.S. Resurface After Trump's NATO Gripe

Sarcastic remarks Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni made earlier this month in response to calls for Italy to distance itself from the U.S. resurfaced after President Donald Trump claimed during a speech at the World Economic Forum that the U.S. has "never gotten anything" from NATO.

Trump stoked tensions at the gathering of world and business leaders in Davos, Switzerland, by continuing his push to seize control of Greenland from Denmark. He reiterated his reasoning that owning Greenland is crucial to domestic and international security, dismissing the fact the territory is under the control of a key ally.

On Tuesday, MAGA Republican President Donald Trump held another unhinged press conference that didn't help the White House's claims that Trump isn't cognitively impaired.

Ted Cruz's Team Responds To Backlash After He's Spotted On Flight Out Of Texas As State Braces For Winter Storm

Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz's team was forced to respond to criticisms after he was photographed on a flight to California on Tuesday as Texas prepares for an arctic cold front and potentially severe winter storm conditions—events that are reminding people of Cruz's now-infamous trip to Cancún.

Political strategist Shea Jordan Smith shared an image of Cruz taken on January 20 that shows him "on a plane heading to Laguna Beach as the state of Texas braces for a rare ice threat and arctic cold front."
