Herschel Walker Roasted Hard After His NSFW Freudian Slip While Talking About 'The Election'

In a Fox News appearance, Herschel Walker called the Dec 6th Georgia Senate runoff an 'erection' instead of 'election.'

Well, Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker's Georgia runoff campaign is going about as well as his midterm campaign did, word-salad and all.

And this time, the malapropisms are hilarious instead of just bizarre.

During an appearance on Fox News, Walker mixed up the word "election" with... well, you can probably guess which word, but have a look below to see for yourself.

Walker was hand-picked by former Republican President Donald Trump for the Georgia Senate seat and, like most of Trump's picks for the midterms, has had a bit of an uphill battle, with gaffe after gaffe and a campaign that has been scandal-plagued almost from the start.

Flanked by fellow Trump sycophants and Republican Senators Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz, Walker made his case to Fox News viewers for why they should vote for him in the Georgia runoff and not incumbent Democrat Raphael Warnock.

He was as ineloquent and bizarre as ever.

Walker told viewers:

“This election is about more than Herschel Walker. This erection is about the people."

Woah, hang on there, buddy, keep it in your pants!

The gaffe is rather fitting for Walker, who has been embroiled in overlapping scandals surrounding multiple women for whom he has paid to have abortions, despite professing views about abortion that are among the most extreme of all political candidates this season--and that's saying something, given this year's Republican roster.

He has also been accused of fathering multiple secret children, despite his claims of being a good conservative family man with traditional Christian values.

So it seems apropos that the word "erection" would get him in trouble in an election where his literal erections have indirectly caused him so much strife. A bit on the nose, no?

Twitter of course had a field day with this gaffe.

As we all know, size does matter when it comes to erections and elections, and so far Warnock is coming in about 4 points larger than Walker.

We're speaking of Warnock's lead in the most recent polling, of course. Get your mind out of the gutter!
