Oscar-winning actor Halle Berry took a tumble at a charity event on Friday, but luckily she came out unscathed and had a sense of humor about it all.

The star even took to Instagram to share the hilarious incident.

You can watch her face plant below.

She captioned the post:

"Sometimes you bust your a**!"
"What happened was..."
"My dear friend [Shilla Hekmat] invited me to speak at her charity even celebrating a wonderful organization called [Looking Beyond LA] that raises money for children with special needs... then that happened!"
"I face planted."

She added a plant emoji 🪴 and finished by telling fans how to donate to the charity.

After knowing Berry was OK, fans had their fun, too.

We're not exactly sure how she came out the other side of that still looking like a queen, but we're definitely glad she's ok... and that she had a sense of humor about it all.
