Fitness coach Ashton Hall's nearly six-hour morning routine has gone viral on TikTok—and viewers can't get over some of his truly bonkers habits.

Fitness influencer Ashton Hall has left the internet baffled, and very thirsty, thanks to his viral TikTok video showing off his elaborate six-hour morning regimen.

Yes, you read that correctly. It takes him six hours of physical and mental preparation to start the day.

"Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life 3:50 am to 9:30 am," Hall wrote in the caption, advising everyone that a good day starts with going to bed at a reasonable hour.

"Sin lives late at night. If you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity, go to sleep early," he added.

The first of many steps for his early-rising routine begins with ripping off his mouth tape at 3:52 a.m. without an explanation for the the adhesive.

Nevertheless, he frees his lips from the tape to allow himself to polish those already pearly whites at 3:54 a.m.

As you surmised by now, every act is time-stamped to give an idea of where viewers are in the lengthy routine's timeline.

Next, he rinses his mouth, not with tap water, but with a glass filled with freshly-poured Saratoga spring water. Time of squishy-squashy with fancy water: 3:56 a.m.

We're just getting started, folks.

Day 191 of the morning routine that changed my life 3:50am to 9:30am Sin lives late at night.. if you’re dealing with a weak mind, bad decisions, or lack of productivity go to sleep early. 4:00am - 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity.. they are sleep. 8:00pm - 12:00am is the opposite. Just try 30 days.. send this to your partners. It’s time to do better.

By 4:04 a.m., he steps out onto the balcony of his high-rise city dwelling to gaze at the still-darkened sky view and does some push-ups. The cobalt blue bottle of the Saratoga water is conveniently within reach.

Next, Hall sits at a desk and appears to meditate and do some journaling by 4:42 a.m.

Before heading down to the fitness room, he dunks his face in a bowl filled with ice and—you guessed it—Saratoga water, to rejuvenate the skin to achieve that refreshed appearance for a run on the treadmill.

At 7:40 a.m., Hall makes waves by taking a dive into the pool, relaxing a bit in the jacuzzi, and rinsing off in the shower by 8:23 a.m.

You're going to have to see for yourself what he does at the 8:45 a.m. mark.

Let's just say, you might think he's going bananas, but it's actually very a-peeling.

At 9:05 a.m., he's looking smart in a grey suit while he goes for another face dunk to tighten the pores and be camera ready for a teleconference.

He starts cooking his breakfast by 9:17 a.m. and has his first bite by 9:26 a.m., where the video ends.

So, why does Hall select that early window to go about his morning ritual?

He explained that "4:00am - 8:00am no one’s calling or distracting your productivity...they are asleep. 8:00pm - 12:00am is the opposite."

Hall encouraged followers to try it for 30 days because "It's time to do better."

Geez. Guess we must've been slacking!

Social media users were floored, especially by his aerodynamics in one key scene.

People started noticing the details…on their umpteenth rewatching of the viral clip.

Obsessed viewers shared other hilarious observations.

It was the perfect product placement promotion.

While the practicality of his morning routine also drew some skepticism, the viral video demonstrated the powerful impact that social media influencers can have to create hype for various brands.

Regardless of illogical time frames for some of his questionable methods, you can't say Hall's video didn't make for a captivating viewing experience.

The guy is easy on the eyes, and definitely left many viewers parched.

Now...what can we drink to quench that thirst...?

Ilhan Omar Claps Back Hard After Nancy Mace Tries To Insult Her With Bizarre Post Following Iran Attack

Minnesota Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar clapped back at South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace after Mace attempted to insult her and Michigan Democratic Representative Rashida Tlaib after President Donald Trump ordered an attack on various sites in Iran on Saturday morning that killed Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other top officials.

Omar and Tlaib were the first two Muslim women elected to Congress. Pete Hegseth Ripped After Trying To Claim That The U.S. 'Didn't Start This War' With Iran

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was criticized after he claimed that the U.S. "didn't start this war" with Iran—just days after the Trump administration authorized an attack on various sites in Iran with the joint efforts of Israel over the weekend.

The war against Iran is already spreading beyond its initial battlefield. Iranian reprisals have struck Gulf states hosting U.S. bases—including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia—while Hezbollah has entered the fight, firing rockets into Israel and ending a month-long ceasefire.

'SNL' Turns Trump Diss About U.S. Women's Olympic Hockey Team On Its Head With Sweet Monologue Moment

Connor Storrie’s debut Saturday Night Live monologue had just about everything: jokes, a childhood throwback, a few perfectly placed Heated Rivalry innuendos, and—because this is apparently the most athletic season in Studio 8H history—both the gold-winning players from the U.S. men’s and women’s Olympic hockey teams.

The appearance came just days after controversy over invitations to the White House and President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address, giving the night an edge that felt bigger than a typical celebrity-cameo parade.
