How is an Oscar-nominated actor in between gigs to occupy his free time?

For Bill Murray, it's serving Kung Pao Chicken, Tempura Poppers and oolong tea, with a smile.

The Zombieland: Double Tap actor thinks fondly of his favorite Asian-themed, casual dining restaurant chain so much, he applied for a position to work there.

But not just at any location.

Murray, 69, told Amy Schumer on her 3 Girls, 1 Keith podcast that he filled out an application at the Chinese bistro's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport's Concourse A location.

"I did fill out an application at P.F. Chang's at the Atlanta airport, because I think it's one of the best places."

When Schumer asked which position he applied for, Murray dodged the question and responded:

"It looks like the best time."

The Oscar-nominated actor noted the restaurant's pleasant working environment.

"It looks like they are having the best time working at P.F. Chang's."

P.F. Chang's reached out to Murray via Twitter with some good news about his pending application.

Customers are hoping to have an interaction with the actor and dim sum.

It appears that his hiring is conditional.

If this were a publicity stunt, it has all been spoiled.

However, a P.F. Chang's spokesperson told The Huffington Post that there was no "advertising arrangement" between Murray and the restaurant chain.

And whether or not the celebrity has submitted an application is not certain, the spokesperson did confirm one thing.

"Bill's right, our team members really do have a good time working at P.F. Chang's."
"And while we haven't been able to locate his application yet, we decided to offer him the job anyway. We have seen his work and think he would make a promising wok chef,

But adoration for him remains.

An anonymous employee from the choice location vouched for Murray's passion for his hangout.

"He's very friendly with the guests, they take pictures."

Murray additionally confided to Schumer and her co-hosts, Bridget Everett, Rachel Feinstein and Keith Robinson, that his other guilty pleasure was Family Feud.

"I'm going to give you my little secret -- I record it. I can come home and I have recorded 61 episodes of 'Family Feud,' because it's on all day long."
"It's on all day long and by law it has to be on all day long. But then, what I do is I take the time to fast forward in each episode all the way to Fast Money."
"Cause that to me is the excitement part of the show. I skip the early rounds because I don't always respect their tactics."

Survey says: give the man a job at P.F. Chang's!
