Band's Lead Singer Yells At Security To Go Check On A Fan Who Fell Down—In Perfect Autotune

The 1975's frontman Matty Healy didn't miss a note while ranting at security not to just stand there 'like a bunch of d*ckheads.'

Auto-Tune—or autotune—is an audio processing technique used to either stylistically enhance a singer's voice or potentially disguise anything off-pitch in the recording studio.

In this hilarious instance, the technique was employed to scold security guards at a concert.

1975's lead singer Matty Healy went viral for a clip in which he instructed security guards to look after a concertgoer who may have been injured after apparently falling.

The song was being performed using Auto-Tune.

While Healy probably didn't mean to come off as comical while reprimanding security since the matter at hand seemed urgent, we're sure glad the autotune was still active during the momentary interruption.

It sounded as if his telling security "Someone's fallen down over there, go and f'king sort them out" and to "stop standing there like a bunch of d*ckheads" was part of the song.

Take a listen, here.

The English band was performing the song, "I Like America & America Likes Me" from their third studio album–2018's A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships–during their At Their Very Best tour.

The viral moment was taken at the November 23 concert at the Arizona Financial Theatre in Phoenix.

Bizzare moments like this seem to be a staple at 1975 concerts.

During a performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden, Healy groped himself on stage, masticated on raw meat and crawled into a TV on stage–acts which prompted Healy's mum to tweet "I saw it too" followed by laughing emojis.

Ted Cruz Slams Marjorie Taylor Greene For Becoming 'Very Liberal'—And People Can Not

Speaking on CNBC's Squawk Box, Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz criticized his GOP colleague, Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, for being "too liberal" after she criticized their fellow Republicans over wages and healthcare amid the ongoing government shutdown.

Cruz specifically cited Greene’s criticism of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and noted that, back in July, she became the first Republican in Congress to describe the crisis in Gaza as a “genocide.”
