WATCH: Melania Trump Shares Video of White House Christmas Decorations

Monday morning the White House officially began the 2017 holiday season as they unveiled Christmas, Hanukkah and other seasonal decorations throughout the house. First Lady Melania Trump shared on Twitter a video of the White House in full holiday decor, if not ostentatious, and it appears she went all out recreating an enchanted winter wonderland: "The decorations are up! @WhiteHouse is ready to celebrate! Wishing you a Merry Christmas & joyous holiday season!"

New decorations were brought in to create the winter wonderland.

Stephanie Grisham, director of communications for the First Lady, shared more photos of the decorations: "The holidays are upon us!! Right now: [Melania] is seeing to every last detail here at the [White House]."

People called it beautiful.

"Absolutely beautiful, wonderful to see our [First Lady] decorate & celebrate."

Wait... you think she did all that decorating?

"Pretty darn beautiful. And the WH deserves to look like this at Christmas, regardless who is in it."

"The White House looks amazing!"

A lot of hours and manpower went into bringing Melania's Christmas "vision" to life over the past week and weekend.

Stephanie: "By the Numbers: More than 150 volunteers from 29 states spent over 1600 hours helping to bring [Melania's] vision for Christmas at the [White House] to life!"

Look what we have here - a mistletoe! But for whom?

Three hundred pounds of gingerbread white house.

Stephanie: "This year’s Gingerbread House I was baked w 300 lbs of dough & features Melania's signature wreaths!"

Also over 31,000 cookies have been baked.

Wreaths are up in the windows!

And Barron Trump is a painted illustration, featured in the decoration booklet. But he's no Harry Potter.

Red candy for the Red Room.

They are trying very hard to show how much of a saint Melania is.

For example, what's with the angelic, dressed all in white model runaway walk?

Unfortunately, she looks stiff and trapped while watching the ballerinas dance.

More tree decorations in every room.

The receipts.

The Washington Examiner reported the resources used to decorate this year. White House holiday/Christmas decorations entailed:

  • 150 volunteers from 29 states
  • 1,600 hours decking the halls
  • 1,000 feet of garland
  • 71 of Melania Trump's signature Christmas wreaths
  • 53 Christmas trees
  • 18,000 feet of Christmas lights
  • 12,000 ornaments

But not everyone is pleased.

Really, Sam? You're going to care THAT much about a nativity scene decoration? Then again, you call yourself an angelic defender, fighting satanism and stating globalism is the new nazism.

Is someone going to tell them that those Christmas trees are not... Christian symbolism?

Please SHARE this with your friends and family.

Boy Meets World's Mr. Feeny Schools Trump With Blistering Take On His Destruction Of The White House East Wing

As MAGA Republican President Donald Trump continues to transform the White House into something befitting the Trump name—tacky, tasteless, and slathered in gold—Emmy Award winning actor William Daniels urged people to reflect on what they've lost.

Sharing a photo with Ken Howard as Thomas Jefferson, Howard da Silva as Ben Franklin, and Daniels as John Adams from the film 1776, the actor recalled performing in the now demolished theatre at the White House for Republican President Richard Nixon in 1970.

TikToker Hilariously Identifies Exact Brand And Shade Of Eyeliner J.D. Vance Wears In Resurfaced Video

Casey, an eagle-eyed TikToker who posts videos under the username @mamasissiesays, had social media users buzzing in a resurfaced video from last year investigating whether Vice President JD Vance actually wears eyeliner. At the very end of the video, Casey even shared that she believes she found the exact shade he prefers.

Casey posted the video amid intense rumors about Vance's eyeliner use. An investigation by Slate implied that Vance’s long eyelashes and hooded eyelids likely create some conveniently placed shadows. His wife, Usha Vance, confirmed to Puck News that his look was “all natural,” and admitted that she's "always been jealous of those lashes.”

Single MAGA Women Complain That D.C.'s Conservative Dating Scene Lacks 'Masculine' Men—And We're Cackling

Social media users pounced with jokes after MAGA women spoke to the Washington Post and the New York Times about the lack of "masculine" men in Washington, D.C., which is hilarious for a party pretty much obsessed with the way "real men" act.

The notion that masculinity is being attacked–namely by the left wing–is a popular one among Republicans such as Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, who once accused "the Left" of hurting "the future of the American man" and went on to claim the "deconstruction of America begins with and depends on the deconstruction of American men."
