It's a scene right out of The Notebook.

Karl and Donna Von Schwarz, from Youngstown, Ohio, have been married for 63 years. They still live on the street they grew up on near Youngstown.
In that time, they've had four kids together, followed by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Donna, who is 81, survived a lot of health complications in 2018 that could have been fatal; including open heart surgery, a seizure and a stroke.
"Grandpa never left her side," said their grandaughter, Karly Gibbs.
"The rehab center brought in a chair where he slept every night until she was strong enough to come home."
In order to get her through the trying times, Karl, who is 84, promised Donna an engagement ring when she came home.
And he fulfilled that promise, wheeling her into a jeweler, buying the ring and dropping down to one knee to propose to her--again.
Needless to say, the internet is having some feels about these two.
"What in the world?" Donna said when Karl dropped to one knee.
But look at her face.
It tells all you need to know about how she feels.
"It was great because it's a gal that I've loved all of my life," Karl told WFAA in an interview.
"It was very easy. You know we've been together so long that we can't stay apart really."
