One hallmark of the presidency of Donald Trump is his reaction to anyone who criticizes him, disagrees with him or fails to praise him sufficiently.

Name calling, bullying and general pettiness is how Trump routinely responds.

So Wednesday's reaction to news regarding the health of the only GOP Senator to vote for Trump's conviction—Utah's Senator Mitt Romney—was pretty standard fair.

Right wing publication Breitbart shared news that despite being one of the Senators exposed to the virus behind the current public health crisis, Romney tested negative. Trump retweeted Breitbart's post on Twitter.

Trump captioned the retweet:

"This is really great news!"
"I am so happy I can barely speak."
"He may have been a terrible presidential candidate and an even worse U.S. Senator, but he is a RINO, and I like him a lot!"

RINO is the term coined by Tea Partiers for Republicans In Name Only.

People failed to find the humor in the presidential pettiness.

Some critiqued Trump's response to the global pandemic.

They also gave Trump a failing grade for his attempt at sarcasm.

Romney announced his decision to self-quarantine after Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky made the choice to expose all of hi, colleagues to the virus he had been exposed to at a GOP fundraiser. Paul tested positive six days after his exposure.

Despite testing negative, Romney vowed to continue to self-isolate for the remainder of the 14 days according to CDC and WHO guidance.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
