The pair met when Jonah received part of his Target order damaged. He used the customer support chat feature to see if he could get a replacement.

Pablo, the man behind the chat, provided stellar customer service. Such great service, in fact, that the pair wondered if there might be more there.

Jonah explained more in this TikTok video.

Pablo asked if it would be okay to send Jonah a DM (Jonah was super jazzed about Pablo asking for consent first a must when it comes to shooting your shot) and things just sort of went from there.

The video was unexpectedly popular Which concerned some people.

What if Pablo got in trouble at work?
