TikToker Hilariously Throws Barista Off By Ordering Her Starbucks 'Light Skin, Like Chris Brown'

For those of us who enjoy a good cup of coffee, most of us have our preferences when it comes to the beverage.

Whether it's hot or cold, super sweet or bitter, or over the top with whipped milk, we're bound to have a favorite combination.

Presumably, when we are ordering a coffee, there are common terms most of us use, like "dark roast" or "light milk" or "two scoops of sugar." But according to a recent TikTok, that hilariously might not be the case.

Quite the contrary, when Byronique of @the1stbarbie on TikTok places a coffee order, her focus is on the color shade of the drink, and her ordering methods might be surprising to some listeners.

You can watch the video here:

While ordering her coffee, Byronique requested:

"Hi, can I have a tall iced coffee with oak milk? And can you make it light-skinned, please?"

The drive-thru employee was clearly confused:

"With what, I'm sorry?"

Byronique clarified:

"Light-skinned. You know, like light-skin, Chris Brown, light-skin drink."

Some found this exchange to be completely hilarious.

Some current and former coffee shop employees confirmed they'd heard orders like this, too.

This is certainly a creative way of placing a coffee order, and no one can deny that we can visualize exactly what the customer wants their drink to look like, which allows us to plan accordingly with the milk and sugar.

But what's particularly funny is how memorable an order like this is. Based on the employees who chimed in in the TikTok video comment section, they remember orders like this, whether it was placed by a regular, an every-once-in-a-while customer, or even a one-time order.

More than likely, the employee who could be heard during this video will remember this exchange, or at the very least, it gave her a story to share with her coworkers throughout the rest of that day.

Trump Gets Brutal Reminder After Shaming Former Counterterrorism Chief For Remarrying Too Quickly After Wife's Death

President Donald Trump was given a blunt reminder of his own past after he shamed Joe Kent, the former National Counterterrorism Center director who recently resigned over the war with Iran, saying Kent had remarried too quickly after the death of his first wife.

Kent, a former Green Beret and political candidate with ties to right-wing extremists, was confirmed last July in a 52–44 vote to lead the National Counterterrorism Center, where he oversaw efforts to analyze and detect terrorist threats.
