Sidney Powell, conspiracy theorist and election lawyer to former Republican President Donald Trump, was left flustered and irate by a recent interview she did with an Australian journalist who pointed out basic factual errors in her claims.

Powell at one point stormed out of the interview with Australian Broadcasting Corporation's Sarah Ferguson after Ferguson bluntly underlined the bizarre and fallacious nature of Powell's claims of fraud in the 2020 election. Powell has repeatedly claimed to have proof of such fraud, though she has never produced any.

At another point, Ferguson bluntly asked Powell if she had any idea how "ridiculous" she sounds, after Powell was unable to detail who exactly she thinks conspired to supposedly steal the election from Donald Trump.

See the moment below.

In response, Powell simply answered "no" and told Ferguson:

"I know myself very well, I've been in me a long time."

It was just one of several moments of incompetence on Powell's part during Ferguson's interview.

Powell is among several parties, including Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani and Fox News, who are defendants in multi-billion-dollar defamation lawsuits brought by voting security and equipment firms Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic because of their absurd accusations that those companies helped Democratic President Joe Biden cheat in the 2020 election.

Powell seemed not to know even basic facts about the very claims that have landed her in such legal jeopardy. When Ferguson asked Powell how many states used Smartmatic's voting machines and software in the 2020 election, Powell said she didn't "even know the exact numbers."

When Ferguson then told Powell that a simple Google search revealed just one county in the state of California used the company's machines, Powell accused Ferguson of working for Smartmatic.

Earlier, the interview almost came to an abrupt end due to Ferguson pointed out the inaccuracy of Powell's claim that Smartmatic owns Dominion Voting Systems, which formed part of the basis of a lawsuit she filed.

In response, Powell--clearly afraid of landing in even more legal hot water--abruptly ended the interview, calling it "wholly inappropriate."

On Twitter, people were left shocked by Powell's incompetence, and they cheered on Ferguson for exposing it.

In addition to Dominion Voting Systems' $1.3 billion and Smartmatic's $2.7 billion lawsuits against her (and others), Powell is also under an investigation by the Texas state bar association that may result in her being disbarred.

MAGA Senator Claims You Could Turn Into 'Alien' From Eating 'Radioactive' Shrimp In Bonkers Rant

Louisiana MAGA Republican Senator John Kennedy brought visual aids to a presentation on the floor of the United States Senate on Wednesday. Standing next to a creature called a "chestburster" from the 1979 film Alien, Kennedy claimed people would end up looking like the juvenile xenomorph if they ate imported shrimp from Walmart.

The video was so bizarre that people thought it must be a deepfake making fun of the MAGA minion Senator. But all suspicions of trolling were dispelled when, proud of his performance, Kennedy posted it himself on X and YouTube—where he shared his full five and a half minute diatribe.
