Piers Morgan Ignites Feud With Gayle King For 'Trashing' Royal Family With Her Defense Of Meghan Markle

Though Piers Morgan spent last week repeatedly melting down on-air and quitting Good Morning Britain following a swell of audience complaints about his dismissive views of Meghan Markle's recent descriptions of life with the royal family, a recent Twitter spat showed British media's provoker-in-chief has no plans to back down.

Ever since Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle sat down with Oprah to outline Markle's experience of racist attitudes among the royal family and the way the institution shrugged off Markle's suicidal depression, Morgan made it his mission to let the world know he doesn't believe Markle.

Rather, he's preferred to call Markle's claims an unfair attack against the Queen and her family.

Morgan's unwavering anti-Markle tirade continued on into this week—reignited by comments made by CBS This Morning's Gayle King.

King assured her co-hosts Markle has "documents to back up everything she said on Oprah's interview....everything."

In response to King's comments, Morgan took it upon himself to weigh in.

Many have begun to find Morgan's ongoing obsession with Markle a bit puzzling.

After all, this is a guy who hosted Good Morning Britain for five years. Then, all due to Markle's display of vulnerability, he publicly shamed her, provoked over 55 thousand viewer complaints and quit his job. Some have suggested he might still be harboring some ill-will after Markle ghosted him years ago.

As for folks on Twitter who saw Morgan's recent jab at King, they could only point out just how absurd this was becoming.

Now that Morgan is job-hunting, it's likely our only dose of him will be in the form of Twitter posts and the occasional interview appearance.

We'll see if he ever moves from the topic of Meghan Markle.

Ted Cruz Clashes With 'Crazy' MTG Over Her Cryptic Post Alluding That 'The Jews' Are Trying To Kill Her

Texas MAGA Republican Senator Rafael "Ted" Cruz raised eyebrows when he attacked Georgia QAnon/MAGA Republican Representative and conspiracy theorist Marjorie Taylor Greene (MTG) for being antisemitic.

MTG has promoted some antisemitic conspiracy theories in the past, like Jewish space lasers that control the weather or start wildfires, but this time people are calling Cruz out for reaching in an attempt to discredit the Georgia Republican and protect Trump from what's being concealed in FBI, Department of Justice, and court records relating to the indictment of Jeffrey Epstein on charges of sex trafficking of minors.

After far-right provocateur Nick Adams suggested that the singer, a fierce critic of the Trump administration, should not have been chosen for the halftime gig, California Governor Gavin Newsom's press office took to X to mock him in the account's now familiar Trump-esque style.
