The 'White Chicks' star, who has a transgender son, clapped back after receiving hateful messages due his support of the LGBTQ+ community and Pride Month.

Marlon Wayans clapped back at homophobic trolls after his Pride Month posts on social media were met with some backlash.

The actor, whose son Kai is transgender, first made a post on Instagram featuring a photo of him draped in a Pride flag.

He wrote in the caption:

"Happy PRIDE to all my LGBTQ+ peoples. Did a photo shoot with the great photographer @parrish_lewis dope pic.@GOOD GRIEF on @primevideo NOW! Watch it THIS FATHER’S DAY."
"P.S. I’m STRAIGHT… well, according to my child CISGENDER male."
"I just love and support my peoples"

While many fans in the comments applauded Wayans for supporting his son and the LGBTQ+ community, others used the post as an opportunity to display their ignorance.

But those comments only provided fuel for the White Chicks star who responded to the "hate mongers" with another Pride post, this time sharing a photo of himself with the Pride flag plus a rainbow-banded hat and colorful balls and writing in the caption:

"Yeah and just for the HATE MONGERS … I’m posting ANOTHER."
"As a father of a child in the LGBTQ+ community I show my support. Zero f**ks what people think."

He then addressed those who claimed to unfollow him for his allyship.

"If i lost you… GOOD! Your hateful a** never loved me in the first place."
"How can you love anyone when you’re too busy judging."
"Some of y’all funny. I’m a troll. I’ll post all day."

Wayans finished the post:

"HAPPY PRIDE to all my friends, fam, fans and loved ones. I am happy you’re happy… period"

And he was just getting warmed up.

In another post celebrating Pride month, the Good Grief star, sporting pro-Pride pins continued to rip the trolls.

"You mad?! 😡 I can do this sh*t ALL DAY… but instead I think I’ll do it ALL MONTH.HAPPY PRIDE 🌈💕"
"Love and Laughter will always drown hate."

He immediately posted again.

"Do i look like I really give a f**k?!"
"Happy PRIDE month. Especially to all the hateful dudes out there mad because I’m supporting family and friends."
"For people to be that homophobic wreaks of repressed feelings/desires. Bruh, don’t live like that."
"Come on out. Be you. That’s what PRIDE is all about… acceptance."

Wayans also added:

"I swear i got soooo many more pics"

And he wasn't lying.

Viewers of the posts applauded Wayans for calling out the homophobic trolls and for continuing to show his support.

...and he delivered.

Wayans revealed his son is transgender and shared a powerful message in November during an appearance on The Breakfast Club radio show.

"... as a parent I just want my kids to be free—I want them to be free in spirit, free in thought, free to be themselves.”

He also talked about his comedy special in which he discusses Kai's transition.

“I have a daughter that transitioned into a son. My daughter Amai is now Kai."
“I talk about the transition―not their transition, but my transition as a parent, going from ignorance and denial to complete and unconditional love and acceptance."
“I think there’s a lot of parents out there that need to have that message."

Most importantly, though, the actor wants Kai to feel loved and supported.

“They know I love them."
"They see me try and they’re like, I’m happy.”

Thank you for your allyship, Marlon!

Gavin Newsom Expertly Trolls Trump Administration With Parody Spirit Halloween Costume Memes

California Governor Gavin Newsom had social media users cackling after he, in a series of photos on X, mocked Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with photoshopped meme versions of Spirit Halloween costumes.

Noem, who has led the nationwide immigration crackdown that continues to tear apart families around the country, is the "Border Barbie" of one meme that pokes fun at her for shooting her dog, her penchant for bringing camera crews wherever she goes, and the way South Park writers lampooned her in one of its most widely-seen episodes this year.
