In response to the revelation, singer songwriter Chappell Roan announced she was dropping the agency, citing the need for representation that aligns with her values.
Roan shared on her Instagram story:
"As of today, I am no longer represented by Wasserman, the talent agency led by Casey Wasserman."
"I hold my teams to the highest standards and have a duty to protect them as well. No artist, agent or employee should ever be expected to defend or overlook actions that conflict so deeply with our own moral values."
"I have deep respect and appreciation for the agents and staff who work tirelessly for their artists and I refuse to passively stand by."
"Artists deserve representation that aligns with their values and supports their safety and dignity. This decision reflects my belief that meaningful change in our industry requires accountability and leadership that earns trust."

Casey Wasserman is currently serving as chairman of the privately funded Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, LA28.
Wasserman is facing calls—including in the form of a petition—to resign over his relationship with Maxwell and Epstein.
So why would anyone want to work for him?
Trump's unqualified, dangerously incompetent Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F Kennedy Jr., provided an answer for why he works for Trump.
Speaking at a gathering hosted by Project 2025 creators The Heritage Foundation on Monday, RFK Jr. declared:
"It’s a joy to work for him because he lets me do stuff that I don’t think anybody else would ever let me do."
There's a good reason others wouldn't let a mentally unstable, conspiracy theory spewing, anti-vaxxer grifter run a country's healthcare system and a reason why Trump would choose someone like that, but RFK Jr. didn't expand on that point.

RFK Jr. was marking the one-year anniversary of his Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) campaign.
Towards that end, Kennedy has gutted programs, stopped legitimate scientific and medical research, promoted pseudoscience and conspiracy theories, spread misinformation, destroyed the credibility of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) by placing false information on their websites, redone nutrition guidance based on his own diet, pushed the consumption of dangerous raw milk, and many other destructive things.
People didn't find Trump's penchant for picking incompetent, destructive administration members as great as RFK Jr. did.

Trump's HHS head added:
"I think he’s probably the most business-friendly President we’ve had. He admires business people more than anybody. He loves them."
RFK Jr. also didn’t elaborate on why Trump—who repeatedly ran businesses into the ground and whose business dealings resulted in multiple fraud convictions, fines, and 34 felonies—might be obsessed with actual successful business people.
He continued saying of Trump:
"But he will not tolerate overreach and he doesn’t care about vested interest and he doesn’t care about, you know, offending powerful people."
Kennedy also denigrated previous administrations "trusting experts" in public decision-making or science.
Instead, Americans should trust the opinions of people with zero education or training in the topics they expound upon. People like RFK Jr. who claimed the “keto diet” can cure psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia with zero evidence or results to back his claim.
Kennedy has also questioned the need for measles vaccines (MMR and MMRV) during the largest U.S. measles outbreak in recent history, caused by unvaccinated individuals, that has lead to several deaths of children of anti-vaxxer parents.
Hiring, meanwhile, showed signs of a sharp slowdown, with only 5,306 jobs reportedly added. Job openings also fell steeply, leaving fewer than one available position—about 0.87—for every unemployed worker. Analysts said the figures echoed labor market conditions last seen during the Great Recession.
Compounding concerns, the Trump administration delayed the release of official January employment data, citing the ongoing government shutdown. The Bureau of Labor Statistics was therefore unable to publish its monthly jobs report on schedule, forcing economists to rely on private-sector estimates and deepening uncertainty about the true health of the labor market.
February is now expected to be a pivotal month for economic updates, with both delayed January data and any new figures anticipated. As fears about the job market mount, a recent White House press statement urging the GOP not to panic carried the headline, “Don’t Be a Panican — We’re Winning and We’re Not Slowing Down.”
The administration claims in its release that under Trump's leadership, "smashing through the chaos and destruction left by Democrats and unleashing the most aggressive pursuit of the America First agenda in history."
Before claiming that the economy "is roaring back stronger than ever," the administration blamed "the Fake News and Radical Left" who, they claim, have colluded "to distract, depress, and divide ... lying to mask the undeniable truth: America is safer, stronger, richer, and more secure than at any point in decades."

Pritzker quickly weighed in with a digitally altered version of the release that redacts everything except just a few words to form the following sentence:
"Donald J. Trump's Administration is lying to America."

The circus at the White House over the country's economic outlook comes as more revelations about Trump's involvement with the disgraced financier, pedophile, and sex-trafficker Jeffrey Epstein make headlines.
Just days ago, the Justice Department released about 3 million new documents collected as part of its years' long investigation into Epstein.
The DOJ said this release would be the final tranche of Epstein-related files required under the law, but the disclosures have instead sparked renewed outrage over the government’s failure to deliver transparency or accountability for Epstein’s many survivors.
The records include an FBI interview in which a former Florida police chief recalled receiving a phone call from Trump in 2006, shortly after local authorities opened an investigation into Epstein. According to the document—a written summary of a 2019 FBI interview—Trump allegedly told the officer that Epstein’s behavior was widely known, saying, “Thank goodness you’re stopping him. Everyone has known he’s been doing this."
While the officer’s name is redacted in the file, the interview subject is identified as the Palm Beach police chief during the Epstein investigation, a role held at the time by Michael Reiter.
Reiter later confirmed to the Miami Herald that Trump had called him. The account is likely to intensify scrutiny over what Trump knew—and when.
