Riverdale star KJ Apa teased fans by posting a photo getting all cozy with actor Eric Dane, who is currently starring in HBO's drama, Euphoria as Cal Jacobs.

Dane is also famous for portraying Dr. Mark Sloan on ABC's medical drama, Grey's Anatomy.

After seven seasons of playing the lead character Archie Andrews, Apa fans speculated the photo he posted with Dane suggested he might be joining him in the cast of Euphoria–which Queerty said was not very likely.

Nevertheless, the photo in which Apa captioned, “New couple alert!” had fans going weak in the knees.

Fans and colleagues like Bravo's Andy Cohen approved.

Gay Twitter was also getting all hot and bothered and was 100% down with this pairing.

Although there hasn't been any announcement of Apa appearing on Euphoria anytime soon, his evident rapport with Dane most likely stemmed from them working together in the upcoming motorcycle racing film, One Fast Move.

This would make sense given Apa's other viral photo in which the 25-year-old actor stood shirtless next to a red Ducati bike.

The Kiwi and Samoan actor also left fans drooling over a thirst trap photo of him from July 28 sporting a buzzcut for the new film.

“Reset. One Fast Move," he wrote in the caption, referencing the new movie.

According to Collider, One Fast Move, from writer-director Kelly Blatz, is about a dishonorably discharged soldier (Apa) who seeks his estranged father (Dane) to pursue his dream of racing Supersport motorcycles.

The action-adventure flick from Gulfstream Pictures is currently filming in Atlanta.

There has not been a set release date.
