According To This Harvard Professor, Everything You Know About Coconut Oil Could Be A Lie

A lecture by a Harvard professor has turned the world of Keto dieters topsy-turvy. Now how is everyone going to make their fat-bombs?


Karin Michels, an adjunct professor at Harvard School of Public Health, gave a talk called Coconut Oil and Other Nutritional Errors. The talk was posted to YouTube in July and now has nearly 1 million views.

In the talk, which is in German, Michels repeatedly calls coconut oil "pure poison" and says:

I can only warn you urgently about coconut oil.This is one of the worst foods you can eat.

Although the media stories coming out are pretty scary, the people aren't convinced.

If you are worried about using your coconut oil, save it for six months and a new study will come out. Then it will be healthy again.

24-year-old YouTuber Mykhailo Viktorovych Polyakov was arrested after making contact with one of the world's last uncontacted tribes, making the perilous and ill-advised journey to North Sentinel Island and leaving a coconut and a can of Diet Coke on the beach as a gift to the Sentinelese.

Polyakov, 24, arrived at the northeastern shore of North Sentinel Island at 10 a.m. on March 29, according to police reports. He used binoculars to survey the land but saw no one. He then climbed ashore, leaving behind a Diet Coke and a coconut, took sand samples, and recorded a video, the authorities said.
