Millions of lives have been uprooted by strict measures put in place in order to contain the spread of the coronavirus.
While there are many things we could be focusing on to help each other, building a tennis pavilion should not be a priority.
However, it is for Melania Trump.

The First Lady has been largely silent about the pandemic save for a few words of advice on how to prevent getting sick and passing the time during quarantine.

Recently, she deflected criticism for not doing enough in her latest tweet and encouraged everyone to, "Be Best"—a reference to her campaign focusing on advocating against online bullying.

"I encourage everyone who chooses to be negative & question my work at the @WhiteHouse to take time and contribute something good & productive in their own communities. #BeBest"

The pictures accompanying her post included images of her wearing a hard hat and looking over the blueprints for a new tennis pavilion on the White House grounds.

But TV personality Chrissy Teigen, an outspoken Trump critic, scoffed at the former model's Twitter post with a series of profanity-laden tweets.

When it comes to panning the First Lady, especially during a time of global crisis, the author, model and Lip Sync Battle co-host did not mince words.

"Has melania even thought about doing something with her be best sh*t during these times?"
"I see regular a** awesome people on my timeline all day doing all they can to make people happy and this wifebot is working on whatever the f'k a tennis gazebo is."

Teigen continued by pointing out the failure of Trump's "Be Best" campaign.

She was not finished tearing into Trump.

Her tweets received mixed responses.

Trump fans leapt to the FLOTUS' defense.

This person thought Teigen went too far, but not in the way people would expect.

She even gained a new follower.

Some people can run but they cannot hide from Teigen's disapproval.

Unless, of course, they take refuge in a new tennis pavilion.

Nancy Mace Gets Blunt Civics Lesson After Claiming Every Muslim Elected Official Is A 'Trojan Horse'

South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace was called out by CNN anchor Omar Jimenez for her lack of understanding of the First Amendment after she published a series of Islamophobic tweets, including one referring to every Muslim elected official in the country as a "Trojan horse."

Mace's posts came after Abdul El-Sayed won Michigan's Democratic primary for U.S. Senate. El-Sayed, a physician who campaigned on expanding healthcare access, strengthening the economy, and ending unconditional U.S. military aid to Israel, became the first progressive to win a statewide primary in a state carried by President Donald Trump in the 2024 election. He is set to face former Republican Congressman Mike Rogers in November.

GOP Senator Hit With Brutal Reminder After Slamming Trump Over Executive Order To Break Up MMR Vaccine

Louisiana Republican Senator Bill Cassidy was criticized for voting to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) after he spoke out against President Donald Trump's executive order recommending that the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine be broken up into separate shots.

The new policy would recommend giving the MMR vaccine as three individual injections rather than as a combined shot, while also spacing childhood vaccinations across separate doctor visits.
