Woman Floored After Bumble Match Calls Her An 'Easy Lay' In Message Meant For His Friend

Woman Floored After Bumble Match Calls Her An 'Easy Lay' In Message Meant For His Friend

A TikToker posted her text thread with a man she was supposed to meet up with off of Bumble where he very clearly sent a text—about her and meant for his friend—to her.

It was embarrassing for him, to say the least.

After a short conversation in which the guy, "Jake," said he was "a lucky guy to get to take [Samantha] out," he then sent a picture of her in her bathing suit with an accompanying text, clearly not meant for her to see.

i hate it here #greenscreen

He wrote:

“No bro she’s a solid 4 and I will forsure keep it on the low but desperate times call for desperate measures and beggers [sic] can’t be choosers all I saw was t*ts and an easy lay.”

The TikTok went viral, with over 1 million likes and 20,000 comments.

"Jake" did not take kindly to this, replying to the text thread with a meltdown over the TikTok, claiming he'd been "catfished."

Reply to @00sophii #greenscreen i think him texting and me opening it and not replying was making him RAGE

Similar to "West Elm Caleb" and several other dating stories as of late, "Silly Goose Jake," as he's been nicknamed by our original poster, has also done the same thing to several other women.

SILLY GOOSE JAKE UPDATE PT 2 Y’all am i crazy or genius???? #greenscreen

And to make matters more complicated, "Jake" may not really be "Jake" at all.

Another man named Cody, who our original poster matched with in 2021, raised our OP's suspicions after a text thread regarding the Bumble fiasco.

In the end, she thought it may have been Cody impersonating this "Jake" guy all along.

The whole situation is so ridiculous that our OP has decided to step away from it in more recent content, but the working theory from Samatha's end is Cody is Jake, Jake is a catfish and Cody intentionally sent that text to her to mess with her.

With no proof, we can only raise eyebrows at the behavior of people on dating apps once again.
