TikToker @sarahcongrun issued a warning to brides to make sure whoever walks them down the aisle wears suspenders after her father's pants fell down.

A woman on TikTok issued the most hilarious of PSAs to future brides warning them to make sure whoever is walking them down the aisle is "wearing suspenders or a belt!"

This, of course, came from personal experience.

In the now-viral video, creator Sarah Grundman-Connors (@sarahcongrun) shared the public service announcement "to all the 2024 brides." The TikToker showed the precious moment her father walked her down the aisle.

As the two made their way toward the altar, she said in a voiceover:

"Make sure whoever is walking you down the aisle is wearing suspenders for this one reason."

That reason became immediately apparent as her father's trousers fell to the floor.

The video also captured the wedding photographer swooping in at lightning speed to snap the hysterical moment.

Grundman-Connors continued:

"I know... that was my dad."

Grundman-Connors told PEOPLE that about halfway down the aisle, her dad whispered to her something was awry.

"He told me that he was losing his pants."

But it was already too late.

"I squeezed his hand and said hold them up with your right hand we are almost there, and before we knew it, they were on the floor."
"The photographer 100% captured the moment- bent over, full moon."

The TikToker explained that the combination of a rental suit and her father's weight loss due to illness just two weeks before the big day contributed to the slipup, er, down.

"A lot of the times when you rent a suit, there are no belt loops."
"My dad has actually never been a suspenders guy, but the pants had loops and fasteners on each side that you could pull and tighten."
"All throughout my first look and family photos, they had held up pretty well, but over those two or three hours they must have come loose."

She also described the moment the wedding guests realized what was happening.

"I was totally fine, I just wanted to make sure my dad was okay."
"As soon as he pulled his pants up and smiled, the entire room erupted in laughter and applause. I raised my flowers to signal we were okay and continued our walk."

The TikToker continued:

"If you were sitting on the aisle you had a front-row seat to the show. But for people standing towards the sides and middle they didn't see it."
"After talking with my guests at cocktail hour a lot of them thought I had tripped and fell because of people gasping."

The guests weren't the only ones gasping, though.

Viewers of this TikTok were in stitches over the britches.

Though the wedding took place in 2021, Grundman-Connors decided to post the hilarious moment both for entertainment and as a warning to brides.

"I knew my dad would not care if I shared it and it has honestly become one of the best memories of my wedding day and for my family."
"We love retelling the story and now that it is over and done we can look back and just smile."

And at the end of the day, the TikToker just wanted her wedding day to be fun.

"Life is too short and I really wanted my wedding day to be laid back and really fun."
"I think that was one of the best ways it could have started to keep that theme going."

We definitely agree!

Trump Made A Petty Dig At Taylor Swift During The Eagles' White House Visit—Because Of Course

President Donald Trump was called out after he made a petty dig at pop star Taylor Swift during his speech for the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles' visit to the White House.

In a brief speech, Trump acknowledged the Eagles' 40–22 win over the Kansas City Chiefs was “a little surprising,” a remark that appeared to reference the Chiefs' consecutive Super Bowl victories in 2023 and 2024. He then shifted focus to Swift, getting in a petty swipe drawing attention to Swift's presence at the game to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play tight end for the losing team.
