Prince Harry and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, celebrated Mother's Day by releasing a photo of their newborn, baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, on Instagram.

The photo showed little Archie mostly swaddled in a white blanket, with his feet poking out, in front of a bed of forget-me-nots.

The light blue flowers happened to be the favorite of Princess Diana, Prince Harry's late mother.

This is also the origin of the name of Sentebale, Prince Harry's charity organization which "supports the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people affected by HIV" in Botswana and Lesotho. Sentebale is the Sesotho (the national language of Lesotho) word for the flower.

Mother's Day, or Mothering Sunday, is not celebrated in May in the UK, but it is in several commonwealth countries such as Australia, Canada, and South Africa.

Many who viewed the pharmacy to in social media congratulated the Duchess of Sussex on the birth of Archie, and wished her a Happy Mother's Day.

Many also noted the nod to Princess Diana.

Many others were just charmed by the sheer cuteness of the photo.

The happy couple also quoted the poem "lands" by Nayyirah Waheed in the post.

Many people eagerly await more news of little Archie, but the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have asked that people respect their privacy.

It seems that the only choice is to wait and hope for the couple to post more adorable photos of Archie to their Instagram.
