Tina Fey's Mean Girls musical, based off the movie of the same name, has seen enormous success on Broadway. After receiving an impressive 12 Tony nominations, Fey has finally hinted that a reunion with Amy Poehler, with whom Fey starred in the movie, could happen. Some day. Maybe.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight on Sunday, Fey denied that her hit show 30 Rock was going to be revived (boo), however, the Saturday Night Live alum also said that Poehler is willing to do a reboot of Parks and Recreation.

Why is this so exciting? Because Fey wants to introduce her 30 Rock character, Liz Lemon, to Poehler's Leslie Knope.

"Amy's willing to do a Parks & Rec reboot," she told ET. "Maybe we should just do a Liz Lemon, Leslie Knope spinoff."

Last month, Poehler told Ellen DeGeneres that she would love to do a reboot of her hit show, which ended in 2015 after a seven-season run. "I'll speak for everybody and say we would all do it," Poehler said. "I think we would all do it someday. It would be amazing."

Yes, yes it would be amazing. And who knows what sort of hilarious adventures Lemon and Knope could have together. The tantalizing possibilities are endless. Plus, any escape from reality is totally welcome these days.

Twitter agrees. We. Need. This.

Amazing would be a President Leslie Knope with Liz Lemon as her press secretary.

We must make the necessary sacrifices, as a society, to ensure this happens.
