We all have our odd habits, but few things can vex people more than the way other people eat their food.

Just ask Redditor boilerup4444, who came up with today's burning question: "Certain foods have a "correct" way of eating them. What are some wrong ways to eat those foods?"

It turns out it doesn't take much to weird people out.

If you were to ask me, though, I'd say just let people be.

"I think she should have..."

My sister is a freak of nature and she eats her banana kind of like corn on the cob. She will peel the banana halfway and then scrape the sides with her teeth making it shiny and then she would eat the center remains. I think she should have been put up for adoption.

"Once I had a substitute..."

Once I had a substitute teacher just drink an entire bottle of steak sauce. One go. In my personal opinion, there is no right way to consume steak sauce, but that man found one of the worst. Seeing it slowly glug-glug-glug down his throat, its pure viscosity making each swig a concentrated effort, was absolutely horrifying. I never wish to see something that unpleasant again.

"I'm trying to think..."

Korean thing: people order bibimbap and don't mix it up then try to eat it with chopsticks. Pretty hilarious to watch.

I'm trying to think of an American equivalent to this, but I'm failing.

"It was so wrong."

One day I was walking home and a friend was walking the same path. He was the kind of trouble maker kid who was genuinely funny and knew when to actually stop when things got too far.

This time he didn't.

I gave him my orange and he said "thanks" right before eating it like an apple. I almost fell over by how disgusting it was. He didn't flinch. He didn't spit out the peel. He didn't do anything. It was so wrong.

"I had a friend..."

I had a friend in High School who would eat a taco in the most peculiar way that I am at a loss to easily describe. He started by taking a huge bite out the top middle, then he would eat the little flaps around his bite mark and take another bite out of the middle and nibble off the edges again. When all the lettuce, tomato and cheese parts were gone and it was just a little tortilla boat of meat he would just eat that all in one go. I should mention that the last I heard about him there was speculation he was now working for the CIA.

"I was eating..."

I was eating ramen noodles with my friends and my Asian friend laughed because I would twirl the ramen in the ladlel/spoon thingamajigr like I would with spaghetti.

I was featured on her Snapchat story real quick.

"I once had a friend..."

Giphy

I once had a friend who ate mangos peel and all. He said that he didn't understand why people liked them, he thought the tasted like pancake batter.

"My cousin..."

My cousin once insisted this was correct when confronted on it.

  1. Fill bottom of bowl with a generous helping of Parmesan cheese.
  2. Thrown on a pile of hot, freshly cooked spaghetti noodles.
  3. Dump some cold sauce out of the fridge on top.

"That's the whole point, the mix of hot and cold. And you can scrape up cheese with every bite."

SvenHudson

"You ever seen..."

You ever seen a man eat a Pomegranate like an apple?

It changes you.

HangryHunter

"Had a friend..."

Had a friend who was a slow eater and wanted the milk to stay cold while he ate his cereal.

His solution?

Ice.

Gavin Newsom Claps Back With Blistering Reality Check After Trump Shares Meme Of Newsom As A Zombie

On Sunday, May 17, MAGA Republican President Donald Trump went on a posting spree on Truth Social. Between 4:02pm and 4:54pm, Trump posted or reposted 32 times—much of it "AI slop"—like a child with a new toy.

JD Vance Gets Blunt Reminder After Telling Voters To Oust The 'Crazy Leadership In Washington'

Vice President JD Vance received a blunt reminder after urging voters—with no sense of irony whatsoever—to "vote against the crazy leadership in Washington, D.C.," in the midterms later this year.

Speaking at a manufacturing plant in Missouri, Vance was touting President Donald Trump’s economic agenda and trying to energize supporters ahead of the midterm elections when he appeared to misspeak.

MAGA Senator Gets Epic Reality Check After Sharing Photos Of Four Black Congressmen To Prove GOP 'Is NOT The Party Of Jim Crow'

Utah Republican Senator Mike Lee was given a dose of reality after sharing an image of four Black Republican House members to claim that the GOP "is NOT the party of Jim Crow," only for people to point out there was a glaring issue with his declaration.

Lee posted images of Representatives Wesley Hunt (R-TX), John James (R-MI), Byron Donalds (R-FL), and Burgess Owens (R-UT), apparently intending it as a political flex. He failed to note, however, that all four are departing the House after this year, without any Black Republicans to fill their shoes.
