The horror icon took to X to lay a brutal smackdown on President Trump and his disastrous second term.

On Friday, Maineiac horror icon Stephen King took to X to share his assessment of the competence—or lack thereof—of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump.

The prolific author penned:

"Deep down in his heart, I believe Trump knows he’s an incompetent a**hole."

While it's unclear what prompted the post, not everyone agreed that Trump is aware of his incompetence.

Even Grok surmised Trump is more incompetent than competent, but found little indication that he had any self-awareness.

But some saw the same signs as King: the insecurities, lashing out, and constant lying to bolster Trump's fragile ego.

Couldn't agree more Mr King, if there was a case of self loathing masked by arrogance, bullying and self aggrandising Donny is your "man". If he wasn't born rich he would be, well I was going to say be a trolly collector at Asda but that's really disrespectful of good people doing a useful job.

I believe you’re right, but my hope is that his dementia causes him to forget and he must be reminded daily. That way he must endure the truth for the “first” time every day.

King's post came before Trump ordered the botched bombing of the sovereign nation of Iran.

Trump's attempt at a strongman display is catching heat from around the globe and across the political spectrum. Instead of coming off as decisive or impressive, feedback has been largely that Trump is the only idiot ever to do the bidding of a foreign government without the approval or support of his own country or even his own political party.

Healthcare Workers Share The Common Medical Myths That Drive Them Crazy

It's safe to say the majority of people have a somewhat romanticized view of medicine, largely owing to soap operas or prime time medical dramas.

Others have an equally skewed, if somewhat sadder, grasp on medicine, after being raised to fear or not trust doctors.
