After 20 years, four Presidents, a trillion dollars, and hundreds of thousands of lives, the chaos defining the Biden administration's withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan has proven a tragic culmination of America's longest war.

Americans and Afghan allies are scrambling to escape the region as the Taliban's takeover becomes inevitable. The fundamentalist organization overtook the presidential palace in Kabul. Harrowing video of people clinging to an aircraft as it left the Kabul airport showed to the world just how dire the situation has become.

As countless lives are endangered, far-right Fox News host Sean Hannity exploited the crisis to plug pillows for MyPillow founder and far-right conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell.

Listen below.

On his radio show, Hannity said:

"How would you like to be in Kabul today, as an American, and you can't get to the airport? Where are you thinking your life is headed? If you're one of those family members, I bet you're not sleeping. I don't even think My Pillow can do it. MyPillow.com. That's where I go. I fall asleep faster, I stay asleep longer. These are going to be a lot of sleepless nights for so many of our fellow Americans. We've got to get them home."

Interestingly enough, Lindell recently criticized Hannity, accusing him of being too afraid to report Lindell's nonexistent "evidence" that the 2020 election was somehow stolen from Trump.

People were disgusted by Hannity's pillow plug.

Sadly, many weren't surprised.

Calls are growing for the United States to fulfill its duty of accepting Afghan refugees.

Trump Administration Dragged After U.S. Military Shoots Down One Of Our Own Drones Over Texas

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has long emphasized the "warrior ethos" he expects from the U.S. military but now his leadership (to say nothing of the Trump administration as a whole) is facing criticism after military personnel shot down a drone operated by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) on Thursday in Texas in yet another display of incompetence.

Lawmakers said that the military used a laser to down a CBP drone at Fort Hancock, leading the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to expand flight restrictions near El Paso, Texas. The reason for the laser use remains unclear, but it was the second such deployment in the area in two weeks, despite rules requiring coordination with aviation regulators.

The Tkachuk brothers, Brady—who plays professional hockey for the Ottawa Senators based in the capital city in the province of Ontario, Canada—and Matthew—who plays for the Florida Panthers based in the metro Miami area—had already drawn ire online for being proud supporters of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump during the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics even before the disastrous locker room celebration with FBI Director Kash Patel after their gold medal win.
