Pro-Trump conspiracy theorist and prominent pillow salesman Mike Lindell continues to peddle debunked delusions that the 2020 election was "stolen" from former President Donald Trump by Democrats and complicit Republican governors like Brian Kemp of Georgia and Doug Ducey of Arizona.

In remarks on white nationalist and former Trump official Steve Bannon's radio show, Lindell vowed to confront the governors at the three day Republican Governors Association (RGA) meeting in Nashville, Tennessee.

Lindell told Bannon:

"I hope I get [Kemp] one-on-one tonight, him and Doug, and be able to say, 'Why, why would you do this to America?'"

Kemp and a number of Republican Georgia election officials were major targets of Trump's election lies, with Trump tweeting they were "disasters for Georgia" and would "hopefully see the light." Trump urged Georgia's Republican Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, to "find" the exact number of votes needed for him to win the state, which went blue in a presidential election for the first time since 1992.

Lindell did show up to the RGA, whose meetings he had attended before, but was reportedly thrown out of the event, according to right-wing media personality Todd Starnes.

An RGA official who spoke to Politico on the condition of anonymity said:

"These events are for RGA members, and Mike Lindell is not currently an RGA member."

Lindell was met with further ridicule in response to the development.

But some of Lindell's fellow conspiracy theorists were dismayed.

These conspiracy theories likely won't subside any time soon.

Earlier this week, Trump announced new tariffs: 10% on softwood timber and lumber, and 25% on “certain upholstered wooden products,” set to take effect October 14. The move follows Trump’s announcement last week of additional tariffs on kitchen cabinets, vanities, and other upholstered products, which will take effect October 1.
