Meteorologist Goes Viral After Donning Iconic 'Clueless' Outfit For Weather Report

ITV meteorologist Laura Tobin paid homage to Alicia Silverstone's yellow suit in honor of the musical adaption of Clueless opening in London's West End—and she managed to sneak several of the movies iconic quotes into her weather report.

Bad weather? As if!

An ITV meteorologist in the UK channeled Alicia Silverstone's main character energy—and line delivery—in a recent morning weather report.

Clueless, the 1995 film based loosely on the classic novel Emma by Jane Austen, has turned into a classic of the teen romance genre. The movie is beloved by people across generations, including weather reporter Laura Tobin.

Tobin celebrated the film's new adaptation to London's West End theaters by dressing at Silverstone's character in the iconic yellow and black plaid skirt suit.

She also then worked in as many quotes from the movie as she could into one short weather report.

"So, I know lots of you were totally bugging since we lost the warmth and the sunshine of last weekend, but today is sunshine and showers."
"Now, today some of you said that you got wet yesterday, because you didn’t know it was gonna shower. Like, whatever. I totally told everybody yesterday."

She used some of the film's more iconic turns of phrase in describing the upcoming messy weather.

"Today's weather is like a full on Monet. It's just like a painting. See, from far away, it’s OK, but from up close, ooh, it’s just a big old mess."
