The world was shook by the unexpected passing of Lisa Marie Presley on Thursday at the age of 54.
In the wake of the news, many—family, friends and fans alike—shared beautiful words in remembrance of Presley.
Actor and musician Corey Feldman was among them, sharing a touching tribute to the daughter of Priscilla Presley and the late Elvis Presley.
Feldman tweeted his disbelief:
"Another person I shared deep emotion with has passed away!"
"This is so sad & shocking!"
"Lisa & I spent hours on the phone as she was divorcing [Michael Jackson], her son Ben was like a little brother to me, so much loss, so much tragedy in their family."
"My heart is with the Presleys."

A few minutes later, The Goonies star followed up:
"From the brief few hours we spent talking I sensed she was a beautiful, powerful woman, who wanted to make her own rules."
"We also had our differences in later years, but only because she loved her son so deeply and couldn't stop his pain."
"Nor fix her broken heart."

Feldman shared he was very close with Presley's son Benjamin Keogh who took his own life in 2020.
Feldman even wrote the song "Beautiful Soul" about Ben.
Many chimed in to echo Feldman's touching words about Presley and to offer their support.

There’s no end the pain lately. Lisa Marie had every reason to have a broken heart . A parent outliving their child is the worst. Add in that she was just a child when her father passed. The heart can only take so much. First Adam Rich and now Lisa at 54 each. 😣 painful! 😞 sad.

Presley is survived by her mother and three daughters.
