Tributes Are Pouring In After Designer Kate Spade Is Found Dead In Her NYC Home

Kate Spade, the trend-setting fashion designer and entrepreneur, was found dead in her Manhattan apartment on June 5, 2018. Authorities have classified her death as a suicide, and tributes are pouring in from around the world offering condolences to her surviving family.



Spade's purses have made a huge impact on the fashion community.

Fans and admirers are remembering both her talents and the very human struggles she dealt with.



Spade is survived by her husband (who was also her business partner) and her daughter.

Spade was an inspiration to businesswomen everywhere.
