The singer shared a dancing video on Instagram to show off the work she's put in after deciding to train herself following the trainer's comments.

Britney Spears shared a vulnerable post on Instagram earlier this week detailing an incident that gave her motivation to do what's best for her body and not rely on a toxic body shamer for help.

In her post featuring a gleefully dancing Spears, the singer shared she had seen some unflattering pictures of herself recently but wanted to show fans the work she's been doing on herself.

She revealed she had wanted to hire a trainer to help her but took matters into her own hands when the trainer told Spears she needed to do something that's literally physically impossible - get her "younger body back."

The "... Baby One More Time" singer began the post by revealing she saw some very unflattering—unsolicited, of course—photos of herself.

She said:

" Woke up this morning and my skin is so dry!!! After visiting a couple of exotic locations, recently, I have to coat my body in lotions at night!!!"
"It's so beautiful out and I want to get out more... Paps are everywhere but not nearly as bad as it is in LA though..."
"My car broke down the other day and I got out telling Hesam to come on my side and the paps were there and took pics 🙄🙄🙄... I looked like an idiot!!! My facial expression, the way I was leaning over, the pooch in my stomach!!!"
"It was horrible because they got a pic of me in a helpless situations, so of course I get protective of myself!!!"

Spears then recalled the moment the body-shaming trainer's words pushed her to work on herself in a healthy way.

"I went out with a friend and same thing!!! It didn't look like my body and by no means am I saying my body is perfect, but I took the time 2 months ago to find a trainer and the first thing she did to me was literally... and I'm not even lying... pinch the skin on my stomach and legs and told me I need to get my younger body back..."
"Why the hell did she do that??? It made my cry..."
"I obviously didn't hire her so I did it myself!!!"
"I work out for 45 min, 3X a week... that's it!!! I hate working out for too long..."

You can check out her full post below.

Many on social media applauded her decision and commended Spears for recognizing the most important thing is to take care of ourselves, however we feel is best for us.

Of course, several also shared the thought, "How dare she?!"

The "Oops... I Did It Again" singer finished her post by sharing her pride in her hard work and perseverance.

"I'm sharing this because I have worked hard to get in shape, yet I don't look like the pictures that the paps take!!!"
"God knows my body ain't perfect but I did want to share what my body looks like at the moment... I worked my a** off and for some people like that trainer who might see those nasty pap pics and secretly smile..."
"Yup, y'all got it... I have 4 hours of footage from me shooting this yesterday and b*tch, I'm just getting started 😉😉😉 …"

Trump Ripped After Forcing National Parks To Drop Free Entry On MLK Day And Juneteenth For Infuriating Reason

President Donald Trump was criticized after the National Park Service announced it will be dropping Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Juneteenth for next year's calendar of free-entry days and adding Trump's birthday, which happens to fall on Flag Day, on June 14.

Last month, the Department of the Interior unveiled changes to what it now calls its “resident-only patriotic fee-free days,” expanding the calendar to include new dates like the Fourth of July weekend and President Theodore Roosevelt’s birthday, while dropping others that had honored the department itself, including the Bureau of Land Management’s anniversary.

California Democratic Representative Robert Garcia was elected in November 2022 and even before being sworn in, he was locking horns with one-time MAGA darling and Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene.

For years, MTG was best known as the QAnon conspiracy theory-spewing, State of the Union heckling, crossfit hyping, Trump ride-or-dying, anti-LGBTQ+ racist MAGA minion from Georgia.
