Ever since Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt split up fifteen years ago, there have always been fans who have waited with baited breath for the moment when the formerly-married couple might realize they need each other.

Though it's not an exchange of vows or the beginning of a new relationship, fans came into the new week on an emotional high after seeing the warm interactions between Aniston and Pitt at the SAG Awards on Sunday night.

There were many excellent winning moments on Sunday night at the 2020 SAG Awards, but two of the night's favorites were definitely Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston.

Though, admittedly, fans were more so there for their interactions than for the awards they received.

Early in the evening, Pitt and Aniston were caught greeting each other and catching up, and even exchanging smiles, laughs, and arm touches. For fans, this was a sure sign of a healthy friendship behind-the-scenes.

Pitt received an award for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood as a Male Actor in a Supporting Role.

Aniston was seen watching attentively in the audience and she even clapped to one of his jokes about struggles in married life, though she didn't look too terribly amused.

Later, Aniston was brought to the stage, as well, when she received an award for Female Actor in a Drama Series for The Morning Show.

During her speech, Pitt was witnessed backstage, dropping everything to watch Aniston's award speech on a backstage television.

He was even heard exclaiming "Oh, wow!" to one of Aniston's remarks in her speech.

Fans of Pitt and Aniston, and their former relationship, had trouble keeping it together when they saw the exes exchanging looks.

But when they saw Pitt supporting Aniston backstage, all composure was lost.

Being completely unaware of Pitt watching her backstage, Aniston was later visibly touched by his engagement in her success. But when she was asked how it felt to receive such support from all her loved ones, Aniston gave a kind but all-inclusive response.

Aniston said:

"It means everything. We all grew up together. This whole room. That's why their performances just move me and excite me and allow me to be here. It's just fantastic."
"We're part of a community together, and now we get to go back to work. We're up at 4, and we're there for 16 hours, rinse and repeat."
"It's a lot of work, so it's nice to have a night where you get to dress up and celebrate each other and then go back to the hair and makeup truck."

Though this surely isn't a sign that the two are going to reunite and live happily ever after together, it was a wonderful awards night, and seeing Aniston and Pitt being amicable with each other was heartwarming for many.

Senator Mark Kelly, who flew combat missions during the Gulf War in the U.S. Navy before being selected as a NASA Space Shuttle pilot, blasted MAGA Republican President Donald Trump's Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, for his part in the latest Trump administration attempt to lash out at their political rivals.

Tucker Carlson Dragged After Offering Truly Bonkers Theory For Why Trump Captured Nicolás Maduro

Former Fox News host turned far-right podcaster Tucker Carlson raised eyebrows after he claimed that President Donald Trump captured Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro in order to bring same-sex marriage to the people of a country now in a dangerous state of flux after the U.S. invaded.

Weirdly, he claimed “pro-gay forces” were secretly driving regime change, pointing to Nobel Peace Prize recipient and opposition leader María Corina Machado's support for same-sex marriage. He suggested this is proof that "globo homo," his term for progressive liberal elites, are hard at work.

Married People Explain How Often They Take Their Wedding Ring Off
