The marriage ended in divorce two years later, but things finally started to turn around for Culkin, beginning with a resurgence in his acting career, delivering acclaimed performances in films like Party Monster or on television in American Horror Story.
Culkin also found love again with actress Brenda Song, who like Culkin, got her start as a child actor.
Culkin recently paid tribute to Song, with whom he shares two children and has been engaged to since 2022, in a touching Instagram post, celebrating nine years of being together:

More specifically, Kimi Antonelli recently made headlines outside the sports world because of who stole his cool down towel from the winners stand at the Monaco Grand Prix, a race he won on June 7 to hit five straight victories and first place in the F1 season's points race.
Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, who has been linked to British F1 racer Lewis Hamilton, took a stroll through the racing paddock on race day in Monaco, picked up a towel along the way to wipe her face, then walked off with it.
The theft was caught on camera.
In response, Antonelli took to TikTok and Instagram with his Mercedes teammate, British driver George Russell, to inquire about his missing equipment.
In a second video, Antonelli recapped his post race activities, including a jump in the Mediterranean Sea and hitting the town with Monaco's rulers, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene.
But they were still looking for his towel.
People found the response to Kardashian's sticky fingers hilarious and played along in the comments.

Kardashian apparently appreciated the humor of the situation as well, and made amends by gifting Antonelli a new towel, embroidered with the message "to Kimi from Kim" and tied with a ribbon.
All is forgiven, it seems.
Maybe Kardashian can expand her Skims shapewear line to include towels.
Jon Ossoff Masterfully Hits Back After 'Unstable' Trump Tries To Insult Him With Cringey New Nickname
Collins' campaign has faced controversy before. Earlier this year, the nonpartisan Office of Congressional Conduct reported allegations that Collins' former chief of staff, Brandon Phillips, hired his romantic partner as a district intern in 2023 and 2024 despite claims that she “never worked a day in the district office,” according to a complaint submitted to the agency.
Phillips was later fired in May after posting a message on X targeting the wife of an adviser to a pro-Dooley super PAC. The post came after the adviser argued that Dooley would have been a stronger general-election candidate against Ossoff.
None of this means anything to Trump, of course, who celebrated Collins' win in a post attacking Ossoff as "a pathetic failed Dumocrat":
“So happy for highly respected Congressman Mike Collins. He will win his Senate Race in Georgia against a pathetic failed Dumocrat Senator, Os(jerk!)off, who is a joke in D.C. Nobody even knows who he is!!! I’ll be doing Big TRUMP Rallies for Mike in Georgia!"

Ossoff was unimpressed and also took the opportunity to criticize Trump for his "failed war."
Ossoff, asked to respond to Trump's new nickname for him, said:
"I didn’t think it was his best work as nicknames go. But more to the point, he is increasingly unstable. And I think that it flows from the fact that he is globally humiliated from this failed war.”
“This is a debacle for our national security. It is a debacle for the Trump presidency. And we see him lashing out and behaving erratically in ways that put the nation at risk.”
"I want to remind everybody again that he is going to be all-in to elect Mike Collins, his puppet, to the United States Senate in Georgia. And right now... national Republican groups, allied with Donald Trump, have hundreds of millions of dollars more than the national Democratic party."
Ossoff stressed that these groups "will be using those resources... to attack me and try to install this Trump puppet in Georgia" and urged viewers to donate to his campaign "so we can win decisively."

When approached by TMZ, Ossoff gave similar remarks, saying in part:
“He is a disgraced president, humiliated on the world stage by his failed war. Raking in billions for himself and his family while he makes you pay more for gas, for groceries and for health care.”
Ossoff merely said "I'm good" when asked if he wanted to respond with a nickname for Trump.
Many concurred with Ossoff's remarks.
Ossoff faces a difficult reelection race in a state won by Trump in 2024, making his seat central to Democrats’ hopes of regaining Senate control.
Collins, who represents Georgia's 10th Congressional District, has closely aligned himself with Trump's political agenda. He was the lead sponsor of the bipartisan Laken Riley Act, legislation named after a Georgia nursing student killed by a Venezuelan migrant that increased detention and enforcement requirements for certain undocumented immigrants accused of crimes.
Securing Trump's endorsement became a central focus of Collins' Senate campaign. The president withheld his support until after Representative Buddy Carter, another Trump-aligned candidate, was eliminated from the race last month when he failed to finish in the top two during the primary. Trump ultimately backed Collins and joined him for a tele-rally on Tuesday ahead of the runoff election.

Pivoting, Doocy turned the conversation to Trump's newly signed deal with Iran, saying:
"Will, you know, you’re talking about how we still have so much to learn about this memorandum of understanding. Today, a big thing is we learned why the Iranians are eager to sign on to this thing. Turns out, according to the [Murdoch owned] 'Wall Street Journal,' Iran is soon going to be able to start selling oil again on the global marketplace."
"As soon as they sign this thing on Friday, they can start selling, and that is their main moneymaker. There’s also a lot of talk about this $300 billion fund that they may soon have access to. Nobody is disputing that that is a thing."
After playing clips of Vice President JD Vance and Trump defending their deal, Doocy added:
"This memo of understanding is now being described as conceptual and as a very general document. And so when officials say we have to wait for the details, it is possible that we have to wait on the details because nobody has figured out the details."

Then on Wednesday during a press conference at G7, Doocy put Trump on the spot about a tweet he made in 2020 attacking Democratic President Barack Obama's deal with Iran, which was in effect, cost taxpayers nothing as all funds were related to frozen Iranian assets, and had the Strait of Hormuz open until Trump canceled the deal and attacked Iran.
Doocy began:
"I just want to ask you about this, a wise man once said, in January of 2020, 'Iran never won a war, but never lost a negotiation.' That wise man–"
The POTUS interrupted:
"Who said that?"
Doocy responded:
" Donald Trump."
Trump replied:
"That's what I thought you were going to say."
Doocy continued:
"How do you go back to the United States and convince a skeptical American public that this deal–"
Trump interrupted again, saying:
"Well, look here, they lost militarily, okay? It's very tough, because I know that no matter what — if I would go, by the way, if I'd go another three or four weeks, those same people that are critical would say he went too long, he shouldn't have, you know — no matter what."
Trump then launched into a lie-filled attack on the media and his critics, never actually answering Doocy's question.

Trump has yet to attack Doocy over his moments of honesty and for failing to deliver his usual softball questions, but the international press covered the interaction with headlines saying Doocy humiliated Trump.
Whether Fox News will now face the wrath of Trump remains to be seen.
