Taylor Swift Seemingly Claps Back After Dave Grohl Insinuates That She Doesn't 'Play Live'

After the Foo Fighters frontman mockingly called his band's tour the 'Errors Tour' in London before adding 'because we actually play live,' Swift, who was also performing her 'Eras Tour' in London, seemed to hit back by thanking her band for 'playing live for you for three and a half hours tonight.'

On Saturday, Dave Grohl took a swipe at Taylor Swift when he seemed to insinuate she doesn't "play live."

And TSwift responded.

The Foo Fighters frontman was performing at London Stadium and while on stage, he mentioned that Swift was performing at London's Wembley Stadium.

He then joked that their tour should be called the “Errors Tour” because, as he mentioned, “we’ve had more than a few eras and more than a few f**king errors as well.”

Grohl then added:

“That’s because we actually play live, what?!”

He continued over the crowd's cheering:

“Just saying. We’re a live band."
"You guys like raw, live rock ‘n’ roll music, right?"
"You came to the right f**king place.”

It would seem that the "Anti-Hero" singer caught wind of the shade, because on her third night at Wembley, Swift made it a point to thank her band for "playing live" during the show.

“Every one of my band members, every single one of our crew, my band — who’s gonna be playing live for you for three and a half hours tonight — they deserve this so much."

People on social media applauded Swift for subtly calling out Grohl's diss.

Others mentioned that perhaps Grohl was only referring to backing tracks, not necessarily the musicians.

Regardless, some people are patiently waiting for an apology.

Several were also confused, as Grohl has openly praised the singer many times over in the past.

In 2015, he told the crowd at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend:

“I’m officially obsessed.”
"She might want to get a restraining order."

And during an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Cordon in 2018, he gushed about one of her performances:

“She gets up, and she starts playing this song, and it sounds familiar."
“And I’m kind of a little bit out of it, and I’m looking at my wife, like, ‘What is this song? I know this song, what is this song?’"
"And she was playing the Foo Fighters song ‘Best of You.’ ... She was singing it so beautiful, it sounded so great.”

Perhaps his words just came out wrong...
