The two celebrity dads can't believe their twins Harper and Gideon are already 13—and neither can fans.

It's official, actor Neil Patrick Harris and his professional chef husband David Burtka's kids are officially teenagers.

Harris shared the news on social media with a carousel of photos featuring the 13-year-old twins, Harper and Gideon, together wearing party hats and in separate photos of themselves.

The post caption read:

"And, just like that, they’re teenagers. Happy birthday, Harper and Gideon."

The How I Met Your Mother actor continued:

"You are the lights of my life."
"I can’t wait to watch you want nothing to do with me, and I promise I’ll be with you through all of it."

He concluded the post with:

"Just, wow."

Burtka also celebrated their kids in his own social media post, writing:

"Happy 13th Birthday to my incredible children!"
"It is so great to have teenagers that are so engaged and wanting to spend quality time with their dad."
"In all sincerity I couldn’t ask for better kids. Harper and Gideon you make me proud to be your dad."
"You are turning out to be spectacular people."

Out actor Cheyenne Jackson, who is also a father and can relate to how quickly time flies as a parent, responded to the couple's posts respectively.

He echoed NPH's sentiment with, "Wow," while he commented on Burtka's post with, "Teenagers!" preceded by four red heart emojis.

Harris, who publicly came out as gay in November 2006, confirmed his romantic relationship with Burtka on The Ellen DeGeneres Show after the couple was spotted arriving together at the 2007 Emmy Awards.

He said their relationship started in 2004.

On August 14, 2010, Harris announced that he and Burtka were expecting twins via a surrogate mother.

Harper and Gideon were born on October 12, 2010.

On his Twitter page (now X) in September 2014, Harris shared that he and Burtka were married in Italy.

The pair announced their engagement following the passage of the Marriage Equality Act in New York on June 24, 2011, after being secretly engaged five years before.

Staff Sergeant Aquilino Gonell, who lived through the January 6 insurrection and later testified before Congress, criticized President Donald Trump's demand to "bring in the troops" amid ongoing protests in Los Angeles against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's immigration raids.

Gonell testified after the attack that he and his fellow officers "were punched, pushed, kicked, shoved, sprayed with chemical irritants and even blinded with eye-damaging lasers by a violent mob who apparently saw us law enforcement officers, dedicated to ironically protecting them as U.S. citizens, as an impediment in their attempted insurrection."

AG Pam Bondi's Brother Blames 'Rabid Partisans' After Getting Absolutely Walloped In DC Election

MAGA Republican President Donald Trump has often bragged about his overwhelming victory over Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris, claiming he won by a landslide. But while he did manage to finally win a popular vote in 2024, something he lost in 2016 and 2020, it was hardly a landslide.

About 90 million eligible, registered voters didn't bother to vote at all in 2024, while Trump garnered only ~77 million votes, VP Harris received about ~75 million—a difference of only ~2 million which is less than the population of Trump's hometown of Queens, New York City.
