Melania Trump Criticized For Promoting Information About Proper Social Distancing That Her Husband Is Flat Out Ignoring

Celebrities, world leaders and healthcare professionals are doing their part to encourage people to take proper precautions to protect their health and the health of others.

First Lady Melania Trump decided to add her voice to the effort.


Trump shared a photo of herself wearing a face mask.



However the FLOTUS' contribution was less than well received.

The reason?

Her husband, President Donald Trump.




While the FLOTUS encouraged the use of face masks, the POTUS continued to downplay their importance.


Other comments from the Trump administration were rehashed as well.





Others were critical of the First Lady herself.



As of Sunday, the United States had 561,103 confirmed cases. The death toll reached 22,106.

Despite misinformation shared by the President and other Republican leaders, the threat posed by the global pandemic is real. Advice should be gleaned from health experts.

Regardless of people's feelings about the First Lady, at least she's getting her information from the proper sources.
