Kyle Reyes' Snowflake Test Weeds Out Liberal Job Applicants

Kyle Reyes' Snowflake Test Weeds Out Liberal Job Applicants

Kyle Reyes, CEO of The Silent Partner Marketing of Manchester, Connecticut, came up with a "snowflake test," an interesting way to sort through candidates who were interested in a job at his company.

After a YouTube video about the firm, which featured Reyes firing guns, speaking to injured war veterans, and directly addressing "whiny, entitled millennials" went viral, he was slammed with applications to come work for him.

In order to filter through the applicants, he decided to begin giving them a "snowflake survey," which is meant to weed out overly sensitive, liberal applicants who are, in his opinion, too easily offended.

In a recent appearance on Fox & Friends, Reyes elaborated on his "snowflake survey."

The survey includes questions such as "What does America mean to you?” and “When was the last time you cried and why?” Others are clearly designed to assess the test-takers' stance on America, police, and guns. If you're not proud to be an American, that's an automatic disqualification. If you don't support the Second Amendment, same.

Reyes explained why this survey has gotten so much attention:

"People are sick and tired of having to be so politically correct."

And when asked about potential discrimination lawsuits, Reyes responded:

"There’s no discrimination here, this is nothing more than a glorified personality test."

What is a "snowflake" exactly?

"A snowflake is somebody who is going to whine and complain and come to the table with nothing but an entitled attitude and an inability to back their perspective."

He warned them:

"You’re young, you’re ignorant, you’re brainwashed by liberal professors who didn’t tell you that in the real world, the only “safe space” is in your parents’ basement."

But some on Twitter thought perhaps Reyes is the real snowflake...

Which might not be good for business...
