Sean Hannity's Laughable Diss Against Biden Gets Turned Right Back Around To Slam Trump

Is it just us, or does it seem like lately conservatives are becoming masters of the self-own?

Fox News host Sean Hannity is the latest Republican to make this type of public face plant, when he attempted to insult Democratic President Joe Biden during a segment on his show Wednesday, seen below.

Thinking he was mocking Biden's foreign policy, Hannity instead ended up inadvertently taking a huge swipe at his close personal friend, former Republican President Donald Trump.

The comments came while Hannity was interviewing fellow Republicans and Trump sycophants Florida Senator Marco Rubio and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on the political and humanitarian crisis in Cuba.

Attempting to pin the crisis on Biden, of all people, Hannity queried:

"What is the Biden doctrine? To kiss the a*s of every single solitary dictator in the world?"

Uh no, Sean, but you may remember that that was the sum total of Trump's foreign policy during his tenure as President.

After all it Trump who "fell in love" with one of the world's most brutal dictators, North Korea's Kim Jong Un, and seemed totally unbothered when U.S. citizens had the crap beaten out of them by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's bodyguards. He's also offered vocal support for Brazil's Jair Bolsonaro, whose catastrophic leadership is said to be inspired by Trump.

And it's not just victorious autocrats Trump seemed to have an affinity for. He got cozy with would-be dictators, too, inviting French fascist politician Marine Le Pen to Trump Tower in the early days of his presidency in 2017 and then endorsed her failed bid in France's presidential election later that year.

And, of course, that's all before we even get into Trump's extremely fraternal relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In short, Hannity's accusation against Biden was, with even the most generous of analyses, preposterous. And on Twitter, even Republicans couldn't believe their ears.

Florida Republican commentator Ana Navarro minced no words in a fiery tweet

Even fellow Republican Ana Navarro couldn't take this nonsense. In a fiery tweet, she exclaimed:

"Oh for fu*k's sake. Is there nothing these people won't exploit?"

Yep, that about sums it up!
