17-year-old Kingston Rossdale, one of Stefani's sons with Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale, performed several original songs at Shelton's Ole Red bar in Oklahoma.

Musician Gwen Stefani's 17-year-old son Kingston effectively demonstrated that music runs in his blood, thanks to his musician parents.

Kingston's father is Stefani's former husband, Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.

The talented teen gave what was believed to be his first-ever public performance at the Ole Red bar and restaurant in Tishomingo, Oklahoma, a bar owned by Stefani's current husband, country star Blake Shelton.

In a viral clip, Kingston was seen onstage casually dressed in a T-shirt and jeans, delivering gritty rock vocals for a ballad and accompanied by acoustic guitar.

And he looked completely at home behind the mic stand and proved he could hold his own with his promising vocal chops.

You can watch a clip of the performance, here.

Social media users gave the teen props for his performance.

Another one of several viral clips from the same night showed Shelton welcoming his stepson to the stage for the first time.

He said of the young up-and-comer to the music scene:

"First and foremost, this guy's an artist, he's the real deal."
"You guys are gonna be able to say that you were there at his very first-ever live public performance."

Shelton also noted Kingston's music was a departure from the usual country fare heard at the venue.

"His music is rock, so I think we got some rock fans out here," he told the crowd, who responded affirmatively.

"He's only 17 years old," noted Shelton, announcing, "Here he is, Mr. Kingston Rossdale, everybody!"

Following Kingston's performance–which was met with favorable applause from the crowd–his mom sang one of her former band No Doubt's iconic songs, "Don't Speak" from the 1996 album, Tragic Kingdom.

Shelton gave a sly smile and said of his stepson while getting his acoustic guitar ready for the next bit:

"I mean, I'm not gonna let him close the show. I'm still the competition, you know, a little bit."

He then vamped the intro to "Don't Speak" as Stefani walked onto the stage.

As the crowd cheered for the surprise treat, the songstress gave her hubby an adoring hug from behind before reaching for the mic.

Gavin Rossdale and Gwen Stefani met in 1995 when No Doubt and his British rock band Bush performed together for a radio station holiday concert.

The pair got married on September 14, 2002 in London.

They had three sons together, Kingston, 17, Zuma, 14, and Apollo, 9.

After roughly 14 years of marriage, Stefani filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences" in 2015, and the divorce was finalized on April 8, 2016.

Rossdale commented on their unique parenting situation on the Not So Hollywood podcast a couple of months ago, saying the two had "some particularly opposing views."

He explained:

“We’re really different people."
"I don’t think there’s much similarity in the way we bring them up, but I think that gives them an incredible perspective to then choose which pieces of those two lives they’d like to inherit and move on with and which part of themselves come out of the whole process.”

Rossdale added:

“We definitely have some particularly opposing views, so I think it’d be really helpful for them to make their own minds as individuals.”

Stefani announced she was dating Shelton in 2015 after they had been colleagues on the reality TV singing competition, The Voice.

They have collaborated together on numerous songs, starting with the duet "Go Ahead and Break My Heart," for Shelton's 2016 album, "If I'm Honest."

The pair also penned together and sang on "You Make It Feel Like Christmas," which was featured on Stefani's holiday album of the same name in 2017.

In 2020, their duets, "Nobody But You" and "Happy Anywhere" both reached No. 1 on the Billboard US Country Airplay chart.

The couple announced their engagement on October 27, 2020, and were married on July 3, 2021, at a chapel on Shelton's Oklahoma ranch.

Tim Walz Has Epic Clapback After Nancy Mace Asks Him To Define 'Woman' During Congressional Hearing

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had a splendid response after South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace attempted to claim that his support for transgender women would bar him from recognizing fraud in his state.

Walz's appearance at the hearing comes amid conservative claims—offered with little supporting evidence—that Somali-run childcare centers in Minnesota improperly received public funds intended to support childcare for low-income families. Subsequently, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the FBI expanded their presence in Minnesota as federal authorities froze childcare funding statewide.

Elmo Just Asked His Followers 'Where Have You Been?'—And Zohran Mamdani Had The Purest Response

Elmo, the furry red childlike monster from Sesame Street designed by Caroly Wilcox, began his life as a generic "baby monster" background filler in the 1979-1980 season of the long-running children's television program.

Originally having a gruff voice supplied by various puppeteers, Elmo found his falsetto-voiced, loving persona when Kevin Clash took over in 1985. Elmo was transformed into a three-and-a-half-year-old character designed to connect with the show's audience of preschoolers.
