Sara Schonfeld shared screenshots of a lengthy text message she got from a guy who she'd met two years earlier while waiting for the subway in New York City—and people are floored.

It’s never too late to shoot your shot.

This is what a woman in NYC learned recently when she received a text back from a guy she met while waiting for a subway in New York…two years ago.

Sara Schonfeld shared texts she received two years after she gave her number to a cute and interesting guy on the subway. The mysterious guy texted her when he passed a Rumble (boxing) studio location, which made him think of her.

In fact, it wasn’t just this one time that he remembered her, but rather every time he passed a Rumble studio—for years. And not because they had any relationship to Rumble itself, but because he remembered that she did boxing.

What a long time to be reminded of a stranger you met on the subway in such a specific way.

He acknowledged the time lapse and that she might be “in a different place in life,” but thought he’d still text her anyway.

First, it looks like she will be meeting up with him after all this time.

At least he did text back, even if it was a little late.

People had some wild ideas about why he might have waited so long.

Some folks encouraged her to go for it.

They shared positive stories about good things that happened to them in similar circumstances.

Wouldn’t this make for a great relationship story?

Maybe we’ll learn the end of their story in a few years when he texts back again.

Stephen Colbert Makes Somber Plea To Americans In Wake Of Charlie Kirk's Death

Late-night host Stephen Colbert had a somber message for Americans as he addressed the assassination of far-right activist Charlie Kirk, stressing that "political violence only leads to more political violence."

Kirk died after an unidentified gunman shot him in the neck as he—ironically enough—mocked victims of gun violence at an event in Utah Valley State University. Kirk's murder has galvanized the far-right, with President Donald Trump and his surrogates claiming without evidence that rhetoric from Democrats is responsible for Kirk's death.

TikToker Hilariously Calls Out Target After Champion Pants Feature Awkwardly-Placed Front Pleat

Sometimes you can just tell when something was designed *for* women, but was not actually designed *by* women.

Take, for instance, the new pleated pants available at Target from the Champion clothing line. While there's nothing wrong with pleated pants and they certainly have a suitable spot in the workplace, the latest rendition of Champion pleated pants are, shall we say, NSFW.

Woman Goes Viral After Revealing How Her Obsession With Matcha Landed Her In The Hospital

Let's be honest: Too much of anything isn't good for us. It's all about the balance!

But the media and social media trends have taught us that certain things are really good for us, encouraging us to be like the "very mindful and very demure" girls and take care of ourselves. One such example is drinking more matcha, especially if you really like coffee or think you have a caffeine addiction.
