MTG Brutally Rips Trump Administration's 'Bullsh*t' Move To Try To Deport Ilhan Omar After Raid

Former Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene spoke out against the attempted deportation of Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar after federal agents raided her home, claiming it's all just political theater ahead of the midterm elections.

On Monday, Markwayne Mullin's Department of Homeland Security agents searched the Washington D.C. home of Minnesota Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar under the direction of the administration of MAGA Republican President Donald Trump. Representative Omar has been a vocal critic of Trump's overreach and illicit activities since his first term as President.

As a woman, a Muslim, a BIPOC, and a naturalized citizen who came to the United States as a child refugee of the war in Somalia, Representative Omar has been a favorite target of the racist, misogynist, White supremacist, Christian nationalist MAGA movement. She's endured repeatedly debunked lies about her background and verbal attacks, including from Trump, and physical assaults.

Now Trump's new Homeland Security Secretary Mullin, who replaced Kristi Noem in March, is investigating whether Representative Omar or her late father gave any incorrect information in the 1990s when seeking legal status before they became United States citizens.

According to a report published Wednesday in The Wall Street Journal, Trump's goal is to justify stripping Representative Omar of her United States citizenship and deport her to Somalia. Somali refugees in the United States legally are also a favored target of Trump and his MAGA minions.

Shortly after the WSJ report dropped, an unexpected source came to Representative Omar's defense. Former QAnon conspiracy theorist and Georgia MAGA Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene took to X to call out the Trump administration's tactics.

MTG wrote:

"Me and Ilhan Omar are far apart policy wise. I’m pro life, she’s pro abortion. I’m pro 2A, she’s pro gun control. And on and on."
"But can someone tell me how pretending to get ready to deport Ilhan Omar is going to bring gas down under $2, make health insurance freaking affordable, make a family’s weekly grocery bill make sense, and stop sending our beloved military off to fight for another f*cking foreign war???
"People are so sick and tired of the bullsh*t."
"When you dumb mf’ers at the WH actually release the Epstein files and lock up the pedophiles and rapists you all hang out with, then we will start paying attention."
"Until then [hand gesture emoji meaning f*ck off]."

While Greene did plenty of her own mudslinging and attacking of Trump's opponents—including Representative Omar—while she was still MAGA, people agreed she wasn't wrong in her current assessment of the situation.

Although plenty of people weren't willing to let Greene off the hook for her past support of Trump and his racist, misogynist, Islamophobic, and xenophobic policies and her willingness to parrot the lies about Representative Omar...

...they still agreed with her talking points...

...and called out Democratic leadership for not being more vocal in their support of Representative Omar.

Others noted who should have been investigated.

Representative Omar posted her gratitude for those who supported her against the attacks by the Trump administration.

Thank you to everyone who stood with me over the years. It’s been a scary journey but I have always been grounded in my work and ability to provide exemplary service to my constituents. Trump and his administration have been after me since I arrived in Congress.

I have always stood up to him and that will never change. The pedophile protector will never silence me.

Seems like Representative Omar can now count MTG among them.

Canadian Candidate Goes Viral After Turning Defaced Campaign Signs Into Hilarious Viral Video

After pouring time and effort into a project, seeing all your hard work disrespected can draw justified anger. But a Canadian woman running for political office decided to turn the lemons life—or, more specifically, vandals—handed her into pitch perfect lemonade.

Lisa Kearns is a former city councilor who vacated her Ward 2 seat to run for mayor of Burlington, Ontario, Canada—a city of about 187,000 people on the western shore of Lake Ontario. Kearns discovered several of her campaign signs featuring her photo had been vandalized over the Canadian Thanksgiving (observed the second Monday of October) long weekend.
