Newsmax Host Accuses The Left Of Trying To 'Corrupt Our Nation's Youth' With 'Twerking Epidemic'

Newsmax Host Accuses The Left Of Trying To 'Corrupt Our Nation's Youth' With 'Twerking Epidemic'
Newsmax

Newsmax host Eric Boiling claimed "the woke mob left" is working to "corrup our nation's youth" with a "twerking epidemic" in the latest absurd claim made on the conservative network best known for sharing conspiracy theories about the COVID-19 pandemic and the integrity of the 2020 general election.

Boiling's "evidence" for his claim included videos of people twerking during Pride Month celebrations, a flash twerk party on the New York City subway and video of a Democratic politician twerking on a beach on Independence Day earlier this month.

He said twerking is being used by the left to "radicalize" American youth.

You can hear what he said in the video below.

Boiling's claim immediately exposed him to mockery online.

Conservatives have drawn more attention to the subject of twerking in recent weeks after Tiara Mack, a Democrat representing District 6 in Rhode Island, refused to apologize for a video she uploaded to TikTok that shows her twerking on a beach.

Mack posted the eight-second video on July 4. She ends the video with a call to action, urging for her supporters to vote for her in the upcoming election.

Mack dismissed complaints from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who said the video was unprofessional, telling TMZ that she is "never going to become a fake politician" and that "she doesn't think an apology is in order for something that is authentically her."

The video, which has been viewed tens of thousands of times since it was initially uploaded, attracted a slew of misogynistic commentary, particularly from conservatives who suggested that it was indicative of the Democratic Party's moral decline.

It even attracted the attention of Fox News personality Tucker Carlson, who said that Mack, "head in the sand, twerking" shows voters that "that's the Democratic Party in 2020."

Dem Rep. Hilariously Trolls Trump Official For Having No Idea How Solar Power Works In Viral Clip

Interior Secretary Doug Burgum was trolled by California Democratic Representative Jared Huffman after he, testifying before the House Natural Resources Committee, seemed to think solar panels are unreliable because they don't work when the sun goes down.

The sun produces heat and light through solar, or electromagnetic, radiation. Solar energy technologies capture that radiation and convert it into usable power. The two primary forms of solar technology are photovoltaics (PV) and concentrating solar-thermal power (CSP).
