A 25-year-old woman, Cadesha Bishop, has been arrested in Las Vegas after pushing an elderly man off of a bus, causing injuries that ultimately resulted in his death.
Witnesses on the bus claim the incident began when Bishop began yelling profanities and acting rudely to other people on the bus.
Her elderly victim, 74-year-old Serge Fournier, asked Bishop "to be nicer to the passengers."
As Fournier moved to exit the train, security footage shows another heated exchange between the pair as he tried to carry out his large, foldable cart.
As he prepared to step out, Bishop shoves Fournier from behind with both hands, causing him to fall forward onto the concrete curb.
Security footage shows Fournier hit the ground hard, slamming his head against the pavement. Police quickly arrived at the scene, where Fournier refused medical attention.
Later that night, however, Fournier would check himself into a hospital.
On April 23, Fournier died as a result of his injuries and his family told authorities about his passing on May 3.

On May 6, Bishop was arrested and charged with "open murder of an elderly-vulnerable person."
According to The Las Vegas Review-Journal, she is currently in the Clark County Detention Center with a bail of $100,000 awaiting her May 23 preliminary hearing.
