After Democrats' strong election night showing on Tuesday, Joe Biden trolled Donald Trump with a twist on his 'get tired of winning' campaign line.

President Joe Biden took center stage in Chicago on Thursday as he addressed the public and took a direct swipe at his predecessor, former President Donald Trump, after Democrats' strong election night showing on Tuesday.

As he reflected on the successes stemming from Tuesday's election, Biden didn't shy away from mocking Trump's famed promise of incessant winning during his 2016 campaign.

Biden directed criticism at Trump during remarks at a fundraiser aimed at garnering support from significant donors. The fundraiser, held at Ignite Glass Studios and hosted by Glen Tullman, CEO of Transcarent and a prominent Democratic donor, was part of Biden's strategy to secure financial backing for his political endeavors.

According to CNN, Biden quipped:

"We haven’t stopped winning, and he hasn’t stopped losing. The truth is, this guy can’t get tired of losing.”

Biden cleverly inverted Trump's signature vow, "We’re gonna win so much that you’re gonna get sick and tired of winning," using it as a playful retort. The President's remarks not only showcased his wit but also underscored the recent string of victories for the Democratic Party, positioning them as a testament to the resilience and popularity of their agenda.

Biden painted a positive picture of the election results, describing it as "an incredible night" for the Democratic Party, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

The President seemed optimistic about the future, contrasting his vision with what he suggested might be Trump's perception of a "dark and divisive future."

Acknowledging concerns among campaign contributors regarding recent polls indicating a tight race with Trump, Biden reassured them that their support was not misplaced.

Many loved seeing the President use one of Trump's key lines against him.

Democrats enjoyed key wins in Kentucky, Ohio, and Virginia on Tuesday night.

Kentucky Democratic Governor Andy Beshear managed to fend off a challenge from the Trump-backed state Attorney General Daniel Cameron. The victory was seen as a notable achievement for Beshear and Democrats in a traditionally Republican stronghold.

In Ohio, a significant milestone was reached as voters approved Issue 1, which enshrines the right to abortion into the state's constitution. This win for abortion rights marked the seventh consecutive victory in state ballot measures since the overturning of Roe v. Wade in mid-2022. The passage of Issue 1 was met with a strong voter turnout.

However, the most significant victory came in Virginia, where Democrats not only thwarted the potential GOP takeover of the state Senate but also succeeded in flipping the state House, thereby gaining full control of the legislature.
